    1. Biden agreed to agree to essentially retain Trump’s tax cut. But since the IRS auditing capability was slashed and never restored since Dubya Bush, it didn’t matter anyway. If you’re rich and don’t pay taxes, there’s a 300 to 1 chance you’ll get audited. America has had so much smoke blown up its #$& by the media and politicians, it’s coming out of its ears.

  1. Really, it’s absolutely true that if you disagree in a civil way then you have more opportunity to change each others minds in the long term.. rather than insulting one another and ruining a relationship and never getting to opportunity to debate again.

    1. @mateowey I don’t agree that somebody can change their gender or that homosexuals should be able to adopt children.

  2. i say : dude started a riot that actually included americans being killed, and he’s still not going to be convicted!! you say?

    1. @Jock Young love the willingness to see that prosecution is necessary. but can’t get over this being debatable in any way. it’s a denigration that it is, and though many are focusing rightly on how it would also be a lack of accountability inviting more injury. these perspectives i’m sure should not be a priority above the actual deaths that need immediate redress, which actually are by definition the priority for any redress…

  3. Wow. The first msnbc host who makes 100% perfect sense. As a Republican, I’d watch this guy any day 🙌

    1. J.J. Is an excellent journalist. He’s fair and honest, without avoiding hard questions. I would love to see the journalism of today move toward where Joshua Johnson is working from.

  4. I need to channel Michelle Obama because my question still is…”why does it always have to be us who takes the higher ground?” Is it because we’re more educated? I’ve seen Dumpsters who are as educated as I am. Another question, “How do you take the higher ground while waiting for the consequences to be meted out to those responsible?” Ignore them? 🙄

  5. One of the ways treasonous Trump got into power is because he talks over EVERYONE, ANYONE. It’s sickening that our great country fell for that pile of turds. I suspect that we perhaps should be a bit more mindful of what we listen to.

  6. Passions are high and our comments get heated, as do mine. Truth matters but Trump has ushered in baseless lies making civility very difficult…Just sayin’

    1. I couldn’t agree with you more. But as hard it is to do. We all need to try our best to return to decency and civility, now that the flames have died down. And believe me I’ve been pretty passionate as of late myself. But if we want our voices to truly be heard; we need to stand firm and speak with resolve not emotion.

  7. Best thing ever, trump got banned from TWITTER! Thank you Jack Dorsey!!😎👍 Please let it be permanent 🙏🙏🙏

    1. Your comment really made me think, thank you for that. I think the answer lies in the fact that we have the right to speak, but wisdom and hope for the future may lead us to decide to listen. To be the good example. To be patient. We all have the right of choice.
