First of all addressed the issues of police station been closed 12 AM u have to knock down station door at nights secondly the police commissioner job is to be distanced from the political process cause it demoralized average police to work there way to the top third of I was in charge I would use each police officer that’s attached to a specific station to pay at least 1000 a month on use that money to refurbish that police station so each station independently built so all this problem wud be fix
