  4. I am a St. Louis native expat and I say it’s about freakin time! The population is like 65% black. What took so long? Voter disenfranchisement. Hallelujah, there is a God and he loves all His multi-colored children.

      You’re not a very smart St.Louis Expat that’s for sure …. Tishaura Jones is the first black woman elected mayor . but St.Louis has had black men mayors who served quite a long time there…
