  1. Wait, being honest about the problems in your state is a bad thing? Sorry, but she’s telling the truth and playing it straight with her constituents. That’s not a bad thing.

    1. A vote for Marjorie Taylor Greene is a vote against corporate communism and cancel culture. This woman has been through Hell bc she’s against socialism. She cares about your families we need to do whatever we can to help her. She wanted an MLK protest at the Capitol not a bloody riot.

  2. She said nothing wrong. The state of GA is in bad shape. It’s education is mediocre. Here’s the thing about mainstream media, and polticians they’re never open and honest how much their state is failing. It’s called constructive criticism. If you aren’t honest about the bad points of your state you shouldn’t run for any public offices

    1. @Don Bianconi you are correct it doesn’t abolished elections but if the cities or states are doing well it will be no need to elected everyone else in.

    2. Don Bianconi i didn’t say it explicitly but my point was that Ga’s education system is below mediocre as in bottom 20%. And except for the huge waste that is Atlanta Public Schools where much money is spent for poor results, most of the better school systems are in the wealthier suburbs north of Atlanta where $/student is higher.

    3. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….

  3. She lives there because she wants to change those stats. Most folks who criticize complain and do nothing.

  4. She’s part of a community that knows what the problems Georgia faces and she’s also a special type of politician because she presents SOLUTIONS to those problems

  5. Did Stacey get her facts wrong ? No !
Her honesty only makes me want to vote for her more
Vote for lives ,Vote for no BS, Vote for Sanity, Vote for Stacey

    1. @bromack3 you are gonna put the governor. Who passed the restrictive voting bills. Those people aren’t gonna forget but ok. Evidently you don’t know how the governor works… Bro

    2. @Rory Fleming uh… are you living in ga. They had early voting Saturday. High turnout. Somebody forgot to tell black folk they can’t vote.

    3. @Rory Fleming I guess following what’s in the news from Saturday is a little to much to ask.

    4. @bromack3 I guess you are blaming an unelected government official for something only the government can deal with. Goodnight

    1. @Dwight Frye you completely deflect from questions asked of you and go straight to ad hominem. As if that qualifies as legitimate argument. Yet it’s in keeping with the tactics of Mr. Trump and his fan club. 😐

  6. Fixing problems instead of just completing about them is what needs need. Truth is needed in our country right now. Not conspiracy theories, culture wars, complaining without solutions and grandstanding.

  7. Stacey is on point, to act as if her words are insulting or unpatriotic is childish. As a whole our country is facing these problems that she listed off and they needed to be dealt with a decade ago now.

    1. Please vote for Marjorie Taylor Greene she decided to run to help us she easily could have stayed a private citizen. Her public service is for her children and your children. She cares about America and Georgia and she is your best Ally against these people. God bless guys! MAGA

    2. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….

  8. I disagree. People stay in a place that’s not the best place to live because that’s usually where they’re from and where their families live. It’s courageous to be honest about the state of the state and working to make it better. You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge.

    1. Exactly. I would never live in MTG’s district if I didn’t have ties going back generations.

  9. This is the problem with the U.S. We keep claiming the USA is the best place to live, but we have internal issues and the data supports this claim. We need to make it better and this only happens when people acknowledge the issues and are willing to do the work to change them.

  10. This is some of the worst coverage. Jeez. She made valuable points about where Georgia needs improvement.

    1. @HiSomebody TrackingMuch? Hey I never shy away from a discussion. We can agree to disagree and maybe nothing will come from it. But I’m willing to have a conversation with anyone across the aisle in good faith. Maybe I am wrong, maybe they are wrong, either way we won’t know unless we talk about it.

    2. @MDonteMoore That works when it’s a discussion. One of the things that I think is missing from American discourses we no longer talk face-to-face about our political issues. But endless miss direction from Internet trolls is not a fruitful discussion. Feed them if you want. We all have hobbies

  11. Oh please…they are deliberately ignoring the context. She was acknowledging that there are things that needs fixed in her State. If she cannot do that, how is she going to help the people?

    1. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….

  12. Go Stacey! Finally a liberal telling it like it is! Justifiable anger and courage. Liberals take notice and follow her example!

    1. Republicans would Appreciate if She
Booked a Ticket to Cancun and
Abandon her State like they do. 😂

  13. Love how the guy is like “help me out I couldn’t make out what she said.”

*Doesn’t actually explain what she said and leaves out all kinds of important context.*

    1. there’s a sexist/racist subtext. he understood but is trying to undermine her because he disagrees with her argument

    2. @J M M the context left out were the statistical facts Abrams stated. You would know that if you had listened with any comprehension. Abrams stated statistical facts. The talking she head failed to reiterate the statistics because they weren’t on her teleprompter so her summary misquoted Abrams to the talking dude head. Then he jumped on the critique wagon without the factual statement by Abrams using statistical data.
      Big time journalistic fail.
      Double barrel journalist fail.

  14. She said “I’m Tired of hearing that…”. Yes. She absolutely has a right to say that because it’s the changes that are needed.

    1. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….

    2. Right. Look at this what’s just in the news by Trump. He said:
During the tele-rally on Monday, Trump restated his support for the former US Senator.

“Our country, I don’t think it’s ever been in worse shape than it is right now,

    3. @John Smith So you admit I’m right with this deflection. Tucker is not running to be governor of any state… Stacey is…

  15. Did anybody on this panel hear all the statistical facts she exclaimed to make her point as to why Georgia isn’t the #1 place in America to live?!

    1. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….

    2. They are not listening or are ignoring the statistics she’s using. They are trying to create controversy, hence the leading headline.

    3. Stacey Abrams is taking the “It’s Winter in America” message to Georgia. Very, very clever.

  16. I live in Georgia and she’s exactly right. The fact that she’s talking about the real problems here only makes me want to vote for her more. I’m not seeing the problem.

  17. As always, Stacey is telling it like it is ,and calling out the needs the governors in the past have ignored. Candidates who falsely claim that “everything is wonderful here” would never get my vote over a canditdate who says “I hear what you’re saying is broken here. I want to fix it”.

  18. She stated the truth and called out the areas where Georgia needs to improve. That’s exactly what Georgia needs in leadership, not someone who brushes inconvenient truths under the carpet.

    1. Isn’t she the person that got the MLB all star game kicked out of Georgia? There were a lot of blacks who planned to sell their wares at that game. Looks like she stepped in it again….
