Better wages?
People need better wages for those jobs he mentioned
Pay the people them better
Persons can’t make it on those meager wages as cost of living continues to rise. Pay more and they will attract workers.
The only way those jobs will attract people is BETTER WAGES.
Jamaican employers have a huge problems paying people. Pay the people them good and you get workers.
Simple answer, pay people a livable wage. It’s not Rocket Science.
