  1. ‘It Doesn’t Feel Like America To Me Right Now’ You’re not alone. VOTE!!! and keep voting in every election

    1. @Deomnibus Dubitandum huh …
you DO realize your post is complete fiction, right?
I mean, I hope you get that you’re posting stupid nonsense.

    2. @Phillip Simpson america HASN’T “always” been “like this.”
if you’re whining that lie, then explain what is “like this.”
I mean that literally. go for it. define “like this”

    3. @efs 1066 ? Are u saying I made it up? Why dont u google restaurant name (Roccos in West Hollywood /Bev Hills on Santa Monica Blvd at corner of San Vicente) and ask the manager there if they have such a policy? U may not live in CA but go ahead and do that. It is common in all CA cities where places are allowed to open for patio dining with w restrictions: #1 tthey may serve alchohol but only if they also serve food AND they must implement a policy of patrons being seated as either a single or a group BUT they must then stay at their table for the duration of their time there. THey are not allowed to go to another table and talk even for a minute. I have been called out for that twice now at two different places. When I go out to eat, being single , I usually am looking for a social outlet. I dont go to eat –since i could stay home and do that. But again I gave u all the info so call that restaurant and ask. Here are several: Fiesta Cantina on SM Blvd or Roccos, also on SM Blvd.

  2. Show some love – take a chair, take a spare, and share.
If You are in a long line, take a step back and let an older or infirm person into your place’
If you do it, it will catch on and those who find it hardest, will be passed forward.

  3. Bring unity, decency and dignity back to the 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💙❤️ 🇺🇸❤️💙🇺🇸🙏🙏

  4. Voting gave me a lot of relief. I just hope the winner isn’t in dispute at the end of this and we can all just carry on with our lives.

    1. @Mytzl Plk Um you do realise that @LulaMae21 *was speaking for Obama not against him. She was stating that if anyone was the antichrist it would be this current president! She is obviously an old-school Republican not a Neo-Con Trump supporter. Probably voting America over party! Re-read her statement carefully.*

    2. @Buck Simpson how dense can you be? We weren’t pouting over Hillary…we’re APPALLED at what trump and trumpanzees like YOU have done to this country!

    3. @frankneverstops The worship of Trump has baffled me from the beginning, and I doubt I will ever understand it!

    4. @Mytzl Plk Oh, if Obama did ANY of the crap Trump has pulled, you know good and well the conservative Christians would be calling for his figurative head, impeachment, all the things. I know someone who was at that protest and got gassed, it’s just a disgusting abuse of power and very much a power play, in my opinion. Obama would have been excoriated for it. I don’t know if Trump gets away with it because he’s white, or because people think he’s their savior or what. Ugh.

    5. @Springs & Sprockets Thank you. I did choose country over party and voted for a Democrat for the first time in my life (didn’t vote in 2016 but didn’t want to vote for Trump then either). I don’t even recognize my party anymore. They’ve got some serious cleaning up to do. Go Biden!

  5. I am an Arab-American. I would like to send a message to the presidential candidates when announcing the winner. that America is more important than any one person. Because I feel that the world hopes that there will be problems in this election . we will assure the world that America will not fulfill there desire . So that the world knows America is the country of democracy and freedom.
    🇺🇸 God bless America 🇺🇸
    🇺🇸 God bless America 🇺🇸
    🇺🇸 God bless America 🇺🇸

    1. Lots of wishful thinking given that Trump has developed the negative and the film shows us clearly now that his unwavering base of 30% of this country is grounded in white supremacy and racism. That is the only thing that Trump represents that explains why the “always Trumpers” will defend his tens of thousands of lies and obvious crimes including the multiple obstructions of justice detailed by Mueller’s report. Pelosi needs to be ousted for failing to impeach Trump for every single crime instead of stopping at the Ukraine fiasco after the GOP Senators clearly repeated over and over that the Ukraine conspiracy was not enough to impeach Trump. That should have brought forth a tidal wave if not a tsunami of subsequent impeachable offenses for the Senate to consider. That would show us if the GOP Senators still thought that the multiple well documented obstruction charges and uninvestigated conspiracy with Russia was still not enough. And lets not forget Trump’s profiting from his position either directly and indirectly through his family corporations, along with the rampant nepotism and putting incompetent and inexperienced relatives in positions that they had no business doing. All impeachable offenses that Pelosi failed to bring forth for due process. That negligence has left an even darker stain on our democracy and constitution than the failure Trump has proven to be. For if we cannot use the tools provided by the constitution and possessed by our congress, then we are not what we represent ourselves to be to the world and to the history books. Pelosi and the negligent Democratic House of Representatives members should disgust everyone almost as much as Trump.

    2. @Jarell
Bro, thinking people ain’t even like YOU. Thank God that the majority of Americans aren’t Trump zombies.

    3. @inter peter
I agree with you that Trump is a total waste of human skin, but you have to remember, Democrats were always fighting with one hand tied behind their back in McConnell’s gleefully, gloating shadow. Don’t think for a minute that Republicans weren’t aware that Trump did exactly what he was impeached for. It wouldn’t have mattered to them if he’d actually shot someone on Fifth Avenue. They gave him a free ride so he’d be able to pack the court should the opportunity arise. Justice isn’t particularly significant to Republicans. Their primary concern is securing power, and that’s what they did.

  6. There is one way “The Lord Of The Lies” can win the election and that’s if you stay home and don’t vote…

    1. @Francis Yawson “There is only 2 states that accounts for the advantage the DEMOCRATS have in numbers over republicans. New York and California.” NY and CA have lots of electoral votes because those states have tens of millions of citizens (roughly 20% of all Americans). There are 6 states with less than 1 million citizens each. So it makes sense that these states have fewer electoral votes.

    2. @Ash Ember “Your voting system is flawed and not allowing The People to decide who wins is Undemocratic”. What you may be trying to say is – when 51% of the voters in a state vote for one candidate, and 49% vote for the other candidate, it’s unfair that 100% of that state’s electoral votes go to the winner (51%). You’re basically flipping the votes of the folks who made up the 49%.

    3. @Francis Yawson “. . supporters destroy property, while being funded and encourage by that party’s sympathizers and patrons…Then…🤣🤣🤣🤣”. That’s funny, because Trump has never ever accepted responsibility for the actions of his sympathizers. “good people on both sides”, “it’s the Governor’s fault, cause she didn’t open up the state” “they were protecting the bus”, etc, etc.

    4. @Financial Fast Break Of course. But I was referring to the 3million more votes that Hillary had over Trump in 2016. If you take out the votes from LA and NYC, this 3m votes almost disappears. In another system where Total number of votes is used instead of the Electoral college, Republicans will spend more time and lots of money to campaign in CA and MY to reduce this deficit. It’s there because parties don’t campaign much in states they know they are not going to win.

  7. Hey everybody if you get a chance, listen to the David Bowie song:
“This Is Not America”. I got a little choked up ! 😭😱😥🤮

    1. @STL I know who Bowie was, just said I wasn’t a fan.
Did use Wikipedia for the info on YDD,thats how I found out it was used by British troops….
Well at least I learned “something” from our conversation, even if you’re were wrong thinking I knew nothing about Bowie.
As I said before…I do like
his song “Ground control to Major Tom ” since I was in the AF.

    2. @Marvin Flatt glad you came back to the conversation about David Bowie and the song ” This is not America” . Glad that you said at least you like the beginning part of a Bowie song. But just wanted to say that it’s called “Space Odyssey”, “not ground control to major tom”. No big deal at all. Someone else suggested the song by Bowie called
” Heros” which is another great song. If you have time to check it out and listen to the lyrics of both songs . Someone else’s mentioned Pat Metheny Group who recorded soundtrack album with Bowie and I forgot how good they were and listened to that album and another one as well. That was more of the response I was hoping for. My dad was in the air force also so I guess we have “something”in common ! I like a little bit of Ossie and Black Sabbath

    3. @musoangelo thank you very much for mentioning Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays ! I forgot how great their music is ! Back in the 70s when disco hit and a lot rock groups were not writing or putting out great stuff to me. So I got totally into Jazz and for the next serval years I got to see just about anyone you could name including Metheny ! But for the last decade or so I’ve been really into the blues. Or as Etta James wrote ” the blues is my business and business is good”. Anyway if you like fantastic guitar players have you ever listened to Jimmy Thackery or how about Ronnie Earl ? There is no way to Peace, Peace is the Way !

    4. @STL Hey there, thanks for the shout out. I’m a blues fan as well. For me it’s Robben Ford in his “Blue Line” period. His use of jazz voicings to spice up the 1, 4. 5. progression had me hooked. I also loved his cover of The Work Song cover that the Paul Butterfield Blues band did. At any rate stay safe out there.

    5. @STL See when you say
“Space Odyssey” I think of the sound track of the movie Space Odyssey and not the song from Bowie.
As you can see not much of a fan of his, but do like a couple songs. But probably can’t name them correctly.
      Well enjoy your music 🎷🎵🔊….lol

    1. Clear, cogent speaking is always nice to hear. You know, the exact opposite of Trump or his supporters attempting to speak.

  8. “If you want to dress up like a G.I. Joe and claim you are protecting the polls when we all know what you’re really doing is intimidating voters,” Krasner told CNN on Friday, “you’re getting locked up.” “Wannabe fascists stay home,” he added. “If your idea of how to have a democratic election is to steal it, then I’ve got something for you. I’ve got a jail cell, and I’ve got criminal charges.”

    1. @Ras7685 Yes, he did. Everything happens for a reason good or bad. It’s apart of His plan. Even you not believing in Him is a part of the plan.

    2. @Trevon Wilson what ever personal income you earn over $400k will be taxes at 39% instead of 37%, it’s called a marginal tax for a reason. 60% of Americans earn and average of $40k per year. We won’t speak on the families because there is plenty to be said about the Trumps, just ask his niece.

    3. @Ras7685 I don’t beleave in a god either, but neither do i get provoked and feel like I have to speak out simply because someone says god bless America.

    1. I liked her answer if Biden doesn’t win – “we will soldier on”. Very patriotic, non-partisan and American!

    1. Do you feel that our system could handle everyone being required to vote in person? Currently I think that’s a big stretch.

    2. @Tob Raham . More than half of the people have already voted during the last 7 days early in-person voting strategy. The system is currently underloaded.

  9. I definitely agree with that couple it doesn’t feel like America right now with all this craziness going on it’s so sad and I feel Biden can change things as well
