  1. The United States and South Korea both had their first fatalities on the same day.
South Korea ended up with over 240 deaths when America had over 110,000.

    1. @Rino Ponce the difference is how contagious COVID-19 is if Trump acted sooner there would have anywhere near as many deaths, btw America hasn’t got the virus under control yet people are still contracting it and the US is odds one for a second wave

    2. @Rino Ponce pretty poor logic India has 4 times the population as does China 1.3 billion both had lower cases than the US. 113,000 deaths are nothing to crow about

    3. @Nero do you know anything about China? For all we know 1 million people have died in China. Did you read my statement at all. Everybody that died from the flu is considered coronavirus.

    4. Is there any dispute that 100,000 Americans have died due to coronavirus? At current US population, that is 303 deaths per million. Does anyone dipute this? The deaths per million in countries using best practices is between 4 and 5 per million.
Is there anyone here thinks it was somehow inevitable that those 100,000 were going to die from Covid-19?

The numbers show that if they lived in a country using best practices that over 98,000 of those Americans would still be alive today. If I have erred anywhere, please show me where.

  2. Let’s hope that the protests don’t undo all the lockdown efforts… There will be a second wave for sure.

    1. @Dave Schultz …..go and be kind to your wife and kids. Take a walk. Pat your dog. Just shut up being on here, embarrassing yourself.

    2. I don’t agree with mass rallies and marches in times like this, but I suspect you’ll find the number of people working at meat packing plants and other packing plants with similar conditions will far outweigh the number of protestors. Those plants are still seeing infections rising.

  3. So far the coronavirus has claimed the lives of at least 110K Americans. That’s a lot of lives for just one guy coming in from Jyna.

  4. Better think twice before coming out with Statements like these. Especially when there’s protest going around the whole of United States. The spike is bound to shoot up.

    1. Who believe this I have a magic pill to make coronavirus go away. This is such bs they were advocating people to go out and protest. Now that is over they have different narrative. Lockdown was never help to improve the spread of coronavirus look out all the people going out and protesting people has been out since Memorial day compare 491 deaths June, 8 compare that 12 days ago 1379 deaths MSNBC has been expose with their lies now they are covering it up with some b.s.

    2. @ruth depew I happen to teach Math. Who exactly are you? Don’t insult someone you don’t know who they are. Spanish Flu had 50 million up to 100 millions died and their population was a quarter of the people we have now. Did you even know 66% of the people that were staying at home in New York had the coronavirus.

    1. @Rino Ponce It does. My country is one of the prove. We did lockdown and every citizen obey the government. The number of infected decrease after the lockdown was implemented. and now things are under control, we are reopening slowly stage by stage. Americans are so obsess with freedom, they cant think straight.

    2. @Ash Roskell
πŸ‘Yes I’ve noticed. It’s going to be all hands on deck for Putin’s troll army until November.

    3. Nope tons of us are alive and we never bought that b.s. Or followed any of the lies! Or made up rules! πŸ˜‡

    1. @mohamedtowelhead It’s a bit harder to save lives in a place with New York’s population density. Hick-ville rural townlets usually have an easier time with social distancing.

  5. “I take no responsibility. But I do want to take credit for everything others have done while I did nothing.” – Donald Trump

    1. Thank the amazing Presedent Trump for blocking the air traffic from China- it saved millions!

  6. How long before the orange blob takes the credit for this? “I told the Governor’s to lock down”…

  7. Ah! There was another report I read a few days ago that if the US had locked down just 2 weeks earlier, there would have been 87% less death which means around 15000 deaths instead of 110000!

  8. I feel offended that they haven’t included germany too. We did pretty great as well ^^

  9. Unlike the Spanish Flu we have the information age in our reach – lets make sure we use it –

    1. Yup. Everything is pointing to this being a massive psyop. They even admit that they are faking the numbers. This is a rollout of totalitarian control of us the cattle. Electronic beast system and mandatory vaccines. The scum in charge of our countries and politicians are running scared. Look up ID2020 also research the fact that there’s a patent for the corona virus dating back years and the patent for the vaccines was approved in september 2019… both from Bill & Melinda Gates foundation.

    2. @Radha Unfortunately not yet. But remain vigilante and also about your loved ones. Maintain and improve intake and bathing protocols. Even with a mask, I avoid any other individual except my immediate as no closer than 25 feet where if they are upwind you have time to avoid exposure even with a mask.

Like everyone, I would love Planet Earth to be as it was. Until a cure I see it as a hostile planet , just as much as Mars –

If we get smart before time runs out I believe we will have a cure –

  10. How many deaths came from nursing homes after COVID patients were introduced? Why were Democrats encouraging people to enjoy the Chinese New Year parades right when we were warned about COVID?

  11. Now if only the shutdowns had been done in unison across the country instead of waiting for individual governors to make a decision. We’ve have at least halved the infection rate had we shut down completely in late February….
