    1. @Its the weather
      You’re deluded. Trump cancelled himself.
      His account would have been terminated much earlier if he had not been president, he only got away with things that he did because he was President.

    1. @Js Travelers Says the guy that called everything “RUSSIAN COLLUSION” and “RAYYYCIST” for four years because his lowly emotional intelligence couldn’t handle it.

    2. Steven King was ripping Trump into shreds!! He still does from time to time. It’s very satisfying xD

    3. @WC Awwwww, how…..cute. It got up on its hind legs and sad something. Now let the grownups talk.

    1. @TheUnitedRepublican Right, the Bushes were so much better for our country, weren’t they, RINO?

    2. @roger rives No I gave you a BS reply because there is only so many times I can say the same thing over and over again and not go insane.

      Enjoy your day.

  1. “you can’t block people from this public forum, hold on while we remove you from this public forum”

    1. @netzoned Dude, I’m not picking a fight with you. And you still don’t understand my post by your own admission as you’ve just asked me why I responded “Including Trump supporters?”

    2. @Squashed8Ball Wow! LOL _AT_ you! Don’t act like a Trump supporter. Again, what is so difficult for you to understand? I actually explained it to you. … ME: “Mine was a general post, not replying to any specific point you made.” … I could have clicked on any name and said the same thing. *_I did not reply to any specific point you made!_*

      Dude, it’s the Internet. Admit you made a mistake and move on.

      YOU: “Yes, “that is irrelevant”, which was my point. It is irrelevant just as your previous question was.”

      ME, to YOU: “We’ all know Trump supporters are always right, just like ‘we’ all know it was antifa that attacked the Capital. :-p”

      How in the world is my post to you referring to anything you and @
      Shuyo Starwind were talking about regarding: “irrelevant”.

      At the very least, you were not sure I was being sarcastic, that why you asked: “Including Trump supporters?” *_You have not even mentioned the Capital in this entire thread!_* Now, just stop.

    3. Here, for some of you:
      Trump was president;
      as president, he used his Twitter account in an official capacity;
      Trump blocked some people for criticizing him on that account;
      some of them sued him;
      Trump lost, because SCOTUS determined that since Trump used his account in an official capacity, his account was deemed a public forum;
      the suit, argument, was never about Twitter being a public forum!
      The moot point was ruled in the sense that Trump is no longer president… _AND_ he is banned… so now it does not matter.

    4. To be even more clear: “Trump lost, because SCOTUS determined that since Trump used his account in an official capacity, his account was deemed a public forum;” _THAT_ point is _NOT_ moot! It is a ruling by SCOTUS!

    1. @Jeff Padgett wrong . saying something is “rigged” is NOT an act of treason .. its opinion and falls under the First Amendment . Treason is leaving a US Ambassador in benghazi after they hav requested extra Security over 60 times, and watching their murder unfold, live, in the situation room . that’s Treason . lets be Clear . comparing to tweets is henious . now should be talk about DACA, Fast n Furious, or Unranium One .. ?? how about billions to a terrorists country?? wars started in Libya, Yemen, and Syria .. ?? these were not Trump .. so let’s be Clear .. shall we ?

    2. @Michael Barron
      Educate yourself, they didn’t take his freedom of speech away. Twitter can ban anyone they want, and yet that person is still allowed freedom of speech. i.e.: If you presented a book to a publishing house and they declined to publish it for you, they are NOT taking away your freedom of speech!

  2. The fact this made it to the justices in the first place is a gross representation of the times we live in.

    1. @Geoffrey K that is simply not true. you still won’t say they stopped counting will you, why and btw has vote counting ever been stopped before (only once ,in one spot) ramble on all you want ; NO EVIDENCE HAS BEEN LOOKED AT, PERIOD

    2. @Billy Tarpon, This post is flagged as false. A significant amount of “evidence” was absolutely reviewed and it was deemed to be a variety of false accusations, confusion, illegitimate, etc. Obviously, if the Trump campaign team had actual evidence, they would have presented it. What they presented was dismissed as inadmissible, hearsay, etc. The burden of proof lies with the complainant and they presented none in 60+ instances. This has been discussed and reviewed as nauseam. In some instance all counting was stopped in others it continued through part of the night. In all cases, ballots for all candidates were counted accurately and fairly according to state election laws and procedures. Go and educate yourself on election laws and procedures. If you continue to post false and/or misleading comments, you will continue to be flagged and we will begin to investigate if you are participating in a wider dis/misinformation campaign rather than being woefully uneducated.

    3. @Billy Tarpon, This post is flagged as false. All clarifications that I have provided are accurate and super by multiple sources- this is not fake news.

    1. @Keepskatin STFU, MAGA troll. Your boy Donny is going to prison. You’ll probably be the very first one parading outside his cell block building, waving your “free my master” pickett sign lol…🤣🤣👎👎

    2. @Soco108 C oh where’s your proof and evidence? We’re not maga maggots who live in a dream world where you claim anything you want and then……it’s true!! 🤣🤣😂😂🙄🙄🙄😂

    3. @Avii Mahbub China yien is low wage malnourished over populated and 1.4 billion China is also mostly men now bc of the one child policy but most of those factory are USA company so USA mostly owns China and USA population is 330 million that’s kids and elderly and people in prison and military and and fbi politicians 150k yr it’s all debt sure it’s a job but it’s all debt and only 100 million people left and mostly low wage and no country successful with low wage so China nope Mexico nope and USA population can’t support factory and China 1.4 billion India Russia 1.4 billion so a billion more people aka tax payers

    4. @9 Haunted Days Lol. neither am I, maggot. Where’s the proof? Everywhere!! People like you are just to lazy to look for it. It’s really NOT that hard. Also, I happen to vote for the person who has the best policies, not for the “party” like idiots do. I can just tell that you ARE one of those idiots, aren’t you? Because if you weren’t you would KNOW that Biden is one worst politicians on record. Harris’ political record isn’t much better.

    1. I have had Twitter for about 5-6 years. Checked it about 4-5 times a year. Never followed the former guy or Kardashians 🙂

  3. Thanks Hallie Jackson and Pete Williams Et Al.🙂 A Trump Calvary Rescue? “Clarence Thomas: ‘i think that we’re still trying to apply old principles to new technology…it does seem Odd to think that a Public Forum (Twitter’s Definition of a Private Account) is something that’s operated by a private entity that Can shut it down…’ “😁

  4. Why are ALL this people on these Social Media accounts is beyond my mental capacities a few years ago i Decided to ”CLOSE ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS”…and Now i live a Much Better Life.

    1. @Global Warming Yes,I do not befriend or chat on a regular basis here on Youtube this for me is a Learning Channel….Facebook,twitter,instagram there is Nothing on those social media account of Value for your mind.

    2. @Golden1is Me I really Don’t see Youtube like a Social Media, Social Media is for socializing and befriending Others youtube for me is a learning Tool I do not socialize on Youtube i might answer your Reply if i want too But i will Not socialize with You.

    3. @toolman thetim Wowooooo,it may come to be that way for the Whole World in 20 to 30 Years from Now.

    4. I live in the UK. my sister is in Australia. I have a Facebook account, only for the reason of playing Words with Friends (Scrabble) with her. Otherwise I would not be there either.. I do like You Tube, to keep up with World News . I hate how people are so rude and spread lies on platforms,

    5. @D A no kids for me….when i want to hear the pitter-patter of little feet around the house, i put little shoes on my cat.

  5. How did this even make it to the Supreme Court? Don’t they have actual cases to adjudicate? What a national embarrassment.

    1. @Keepskatin Ha! Ha! Ha! Facts are Very rough on You, aren’t they? What the National Embarrassment should be, is the Fact that Trump would even consider pushing this! Trump has been, and continues to be, a Big Cry Baby!!! And You continue to support this Cry Baby???

    2. @Tristan Wolff I’m a lawyer and retired federal public defender, but thanks for the armchair legal analysis.

    3. @Tristan Wolff SCOTUS decides what cases to hear. They aren’t obligated to hear any case.They tossed it as moot b/c Trump lost and is no longer in office, which means they don’t want to issue a ruling on the issue to establish a new or expanded precedent beyond the original ruling he lost.

  6. Imagine suing someone cuz they blocked you on twitter. Boy you must be livin’ some life to have that much time and money to waste.

    1. I think freedom of speech is a pretty important reason. That’s one of the most important freedoms our founders and ancestors fought for.

    2. @Carol Schullo Yes freedom of speech is very important, but this isn’t a freedom of speech issue. Twitter is just some website owned by a private company. Freedom of speech means the government cannot jail you for your speech. Twitter is not the government. If people don’t like twitter blocking them, they have the freedom to make their own social media website and have their own rules. That’s the freedom our founders and ancestors fought for, which is still alive and well.

    3. charley yancey yes broken world 🌎 lord come save us!🙏🏼🙏🏼 god bless you and ur family!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

    1. @Jokerpilled Saint yes! I was once somewhat active on it but was resentful when ppl ignored me and gave attention to that weirdo narcissist who got dozens of likes and wishes for posting lame stuff…only realizing later most ppl ain’t that smart and you have to kiss their as s and they will kiss yours. prophetically pathetic and lame!!!

    2. Lol 🤣 nope, the people talking about social media lives on social media, they couldn’t live without it just like Trump couldn’t be a President without it

  7. Never been on Twitter, or Facebook. And also when I go out to eat I like to look at the people I’m with and not my phone.

    1. turbo, welcome to the community of people who still appreciate human interactions. We are out here. 🙂

    2. A agree. Face to face contact is not outdated, even voiced conversation over the phone, unless it’s urgent.

    3. I recently went to a cafe and saw a mom, dad and daughter sitting at the next table. Each had a device, no one spoke. It was really sad to see.

  8. So they waited 4 years to start looking at this lawsuit…. wow way to get working Supreme Court

    1. Try googling how many cases go before The supreme Court every year it averages about three a day up for consideration.

    2. They got behind from tossing all the election “fraud” cases brought by 45 & Rudy Pitootie.

  9. These people just opened a can of worms for FB, YT and Twitter. The public space has expanded to included virtual areas and the courts are now picking up on that.

  10. Someone needs to buy him a note book & a pen and tell him, here’s your new Twitter account! LOL!

    1. Sounds like and idea but than I remember that Trump doesn’t actually know how to write. If you don’t believe me just take a look at his signature.

    2. @boatman222345 oh yeah!! That’s right! Oops! My bad! It slipped my mind he doesn’t have much of a brain! He can’t talk either, especially when trying to say United Shates… LOL!

    3. @boatman222345 your reply here sounds like your about in 5th grade. Mean girl table, zits, coke bottle glasses and couldn’t get a date with a girl if your life depended on it. One day when your a grownup come back and make some big boy comments.

    4. Lisa Riggs Sticks and stones might break my bones but moronic comments like yours will never hurt me! Trump is a moron and anybody taken in by him gets an automatic admission to the Moron Club.

  11. I thought it’s against the law to do superfluous lawsuits. The stuff like a seagull pooed on your porch so sue Fish and Game for those naughty birds performing a natural act.

    1. SCOTUS must’ve taken the case and heard arguments before it became superfluous. Twitter banned him in late December and permanently after 1/6/2021. The case must’ve been heard months ago, maybe during the session that started in October. If Trump had won, the case would be a live one now.
