  1. hmmm…what does donald trump think of all this, oh i forgot he is busy doing his best jack nicklaus impression on the golf course.

    1. And it starts hahahahhah! I saw this coming from a mile away. The SCOTUS and Senate are going to block everything from Biden.

    1. Trump is a symptom not the root of the problem! Beware of the snakeoil salesman that will follow him will be far more charismatic (low bar i know but still)

  2. America has a history of a streak of cruelty. If they strike this down in the middle of a pandemic causing 20 million people to lose their insurance, it won’t be the first act of cruelty by the nation.

  3. It will be heartless and no empathy from these Christians Taliban supreme court justices, to take away 20 million plus people health insurance coverage.

    1. And it would hardly be Christian, either. Remember the good Samaritan? “Render to,Caesar the things that are Caesar’s?” The problem with the Christian Right is that they’re neither.

  4. And Trump’s lawyer Giuliani asking everyone “Are we so Stupid and Fools” while giving press conference in four seasons landscaping parking lot and was fooled by Borat in the movie.

    1. Four Seasons Total Landscaping: “Best manure spreaders in the business!”
Rudi Giuliani: “Perfect backdrop for us!”

    2. And then we have trump panhandling for money to pay his debts! So many people can’t even pay their own bills!! Why can’t everybody see what he’s doing?!

    3. Whatever came of that new lady agreeing to meet with Rudy to see his big surprise “proof”? He was flashing a stack of paperwork during the interview.

    1. And what would that do?, except make qay for a new and improved version there are 70 million votes for him donald is a symptom not the root of the problem

    2. @I-C Group
You are right, but removing Trump is a necessary first step. At least the President of the United States will no longer be validating them.

    3. @Jock Young like diggin out weed the focus should be taking out the root otherwise it would grow back maybe even more resilient to the methods you used. Unite focus on changing the systems that are corrupt then you implement means and ways to cut out root forming

    1. I have a feeling he will do his best to make an even bigger mess for Biden to clean up out of spite and pettiness .

    2. @Tamara Montoya You obviously have missed the latest. Now that Mark Esper has been shoved out, the way is clear for targeting Iran. Knowing that Biden is planning to rejoin with western allies on the nuclear deal with Iran, trump and Pompeo are negotiating with Israel and the middle east countries in slamming more and more sanctions on goods and oil, essentially encircling Iran and making life intolerable for not only it’s leaders but also it’s people. He is planning on chaos and disruption throughout the remaining term of his presidency, no matter the harm to that area of the world but to all the allied troops still there. Trump has not had discussions with the allies, just as he didn’t before the assassination of Iran’s general Solemani. Biden will be faced with potential conflict, a pandemic ongoing and a recession. The pressure will be enormous especially as the incoming team has been denied transition funding and access to regular intelligence reports and lie of the land. US citizens should be very concerned, who knows what Iran will do but make no mistake, they won’t accept this provocation a second time. This president is a liability, he must go.

  5. Trump thought that he can ” buy” the supreme court. He did not take into account that in most people, there are always compassion and decency and doing the right thing.Hats off to Kavanaugh and chief justice.

  6. A psychopath willing to let his most adamant followers die for a rally; will have no qualms letting random strangers die for lack of healthcare

    1. Even manly men get sick and die from Covid. It’s not about being a Macho Man. Exercise that brain once in a while.

  7. so disturbing. the fact that they are even having hearings is disgusting. they should throw that out.

    1. Yes – some aims in lawsuits are just immoral. It is immoral to attempt to lessen the physical protection provided by government to Americans. Duty of care is the chief duty of everyone who swears upholds the constitution.

  8. How heartless can you be? They don’t even have a replacement locked and loaded. You just want a political win of blocking Obama of an achievement. But are willing to sacrifice millions of lives in the process.

    1. How can I throw out some thing without a back up there is corruption in the White House between Trump and the Republican party Trump has told the Republican Party he will lash out to his Georgia supporters And tell them not to vote on January 5th of they do not support him The people that he is firing or resigning is not supporting him the American people are suffering In so many ways because Of Trump and the Republican party

    1. Don’t say that! You’ll be called a Communist, Socialist, ultra, left wing liberal. How dare you try to make people’s lives better!!!!! LOL !

    2. My husband and I are both more that 70+ years old and on Medicare. I am willing to share Medicare to all Americans. There is nothing wrong to share it to everyone. That way the premiums will go down more or more cheaper. Then the private insurance can be anyone’s secondary insurance.

    3. Canadian here, universal healthcare saves us a lot of money, in fact so much we pay LESS tax than america. ( look it up ) thats just the money we save directly, not even counting what we save in directly cause people are not sick

    4. Well, here’s a true statistic: all of the Dems who supported M4A were re=elected this year. Nearly all of the Dems who were against it lost in their elections. So yes, the majority of Americans support universal, single-payer health care. Bernie was right all along.

    5. @Frog Legs hahaha … “Communist, Socialist, ultra, left wing liberal” aka.. the average American, even if they don’t want to admit it.

  9. I listened to the hearing. Got the same inclination as Pete Williams, the Justices did not seem impressed with the oral arguments
