  1. “Individual 1” is using Pepto Bismol sauce on his hamberders these days. Let’s see if the SCOTUS can restore some semblance of integrity back into America. But I doubt it.

    1. That must be a Real Joke!!! His handprints are on Everything!! We see what has been torn down and rebuilt in 3.5 years!!!

    2. I’m using Pepto Jizzmol you fake news reporter! When the Supreme Court in Florida and The U.S. Supreme Court interfered with the Terri Schaivo case I gave up all hope of ever having a fair trial anywhere. Religious kooks who believe in talking snakes are in charge everywhere. It’s like watching the 700 club 24×7365 now.

  2. It’s like a child pretending with it’s parents that they are helping with dinner, when really just entertaining the child that wants to feel involved in the process.

    1. I think that the American people deserve to know what kind of man they are voting for to be president of the United States of America. This means making public his taxes, business interests, as well as any financial dealings with foreign countries and entities that might involve conflicts of interest. Many previous presidents have made their taxes and other relevant information public. Those Americans that truely care about America ought to be wary about the presidents reluctence to release his taxes and his business dealings with Russia and why he has fought so hard to keep them hidden from the American people!!! Vote democrat in 2020 and get this gangster regime out of the White House!!! God bless America!!!

    2. Benji Marquez want to know whats funny about your thoughts? The voters will decide who they want in office. You dont need to require anything. If the voters dont trust someone, they wont vote for them. It’s kind of like everything else in America, if you dont like a certain store or restaurant, you dont go there. If enough people dont go there, they go out of business. Think through your entire though instead of emotionally posting halfway through.

    3. Anime Huntress if that’s the case, Hillary should be jailed for sending letting classified information get caught via email which has been proven.

  3. The fact that this is even in question shows what’s up in this country. No real choice here

    1. Time to eliminate the electoral college.
It was a compromise to accommodate the slave states by the founders. With no slave states, we need to modernize and adjust, the only rational solution. To put the two parties in the same bag exposes a flaw in your thinking!

🤨 I don’t know we’re your getting this whole concept that the rules were somehow changed in the 70s?

Here is an excerpt from the 12th amendment to the constitution and was ratified in 1804

These are the rules for electing a president

The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;–The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;–the person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President11. The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

    3. @NOXISUM “Its in the Constitution” HUH? Where? Nothing in the constitution requires the electors to vote a certain way.

  4. Has anyone remembered to jump-start the “Gingrich” and give it it’s daily “FeBreezing”????

    1. @söder bröder
President Trump was thinking about buying Sweden , but he decided we didn’t need another shithole country slowing us down . TRUMP 2016-2024 TRUMP Jr. 2024-2032

    2. Fargonian Productions apparently you have no idea how the electoral college works or the reason we have the electoral college.

    3. @Wendell Ellis Edwards 65.8 or so million people say “even 64 is more than 63, and that’s what majority means”

  5. So the electors are free to ignore the popular vote!?
    Some democracy 🙁
What is the point of a general election?

    1. @Keto Karbs But you do understand that President Obama also won a majority of the popular vote both times, right?

    2. @Not a Youtuber Alabama (which has 9) has MORE electoral votes per person than California does. So it’s not fair — it’s not fair to California.

    3. @sunny d it’s more like “wah, we don’t want all the states/districts having an equal voice in the presidential election, we only want the population dense states/districts that typically vote for the person we like to have a say, that way we’ll win every time”. If only CA and NY could just forget that other states exist amirite?

  6. Privilege and power sectors have never like democracy and for a very good reasons… Democracy puts power into the hands of the general population and takes it away from them…

    1. Neither do the states with small populations because a national democracy would leave them powerless. Hence, the wisdom of the authors of our Constitution in created a representative republic which combines the voice of the people (Congress) with the voice of the states (Senate).

    2. @Brent Walton Only someone from the US could advance that excuse and be oblivious to the fact that in doing so you implicitly accept the undemocratic notion of _States,_ rather than _people_ having voting power. With one person one vote and matters not an iota how big or small any state is.

  7. *MSNBC and their confederate hack cronies are gonna loose so big this year.*
    #HowDemocratsStarted

  8. This has been the way the electoral college has been run forever, we’re just starting g to pay attention?!

    1. Because mostly lately the Presidents have not won the Electoral College along with the Popular Vote.

    2. States forcing the electors to vote as pledged has not be done forever — even currently, a lot of states don’t bind their electors.

  9. When I hear “Supreme court Judges “all I think about is how proud they must be when they order a Supreme Burrito thinking it’s in honor of them.🙅I stupid bored🇺🇸

  10. The argument is hilarious and asanine. Turning back on a pledge makes the pledge worthless. Why would there have been a pledge in the first place?

    1. Why do states rather than people get to elect the president in the first place? In the rest of the world people know what democracy is – one person, one vote. That’s not how it works in the USA, which is how a candidate can win despite polling 3 million fewer votes than their rival.

    2. @NoneOfYour Beeswax Because USA isn’t a democracy and hopefully never will be. It’s in the pledge of allegiance; and to the “Republic”. Not democracy. Also, it isn’t high school prom. If the popular vote mattered, the country would’ve been dead and buried long ago.

    3. @NoneOfYour Beeswax People elect the electors. The electors then elect the President and Vice-President.

  11. Dems looking for a way loop hole. They could listen to the voters and change instead of trying to change definition , words or laws written in the stone foundation of USA.

    1. The electoral college is anti-democratic and it needs to be abolished. Most Americans support this.

    1. It was Kavanaugh who proposed this, why would he do something like that to the guy who put him into his position?
