Taste test: Trying the new Raspberry Rally Girl Scout cookie | USA TODAY #Shorts

Move over Thin Mints and Caramel deLites, a new Girl Scout cookie is about to make its debut. Raspberry Rally will join the nationwide lineup of Girl Scout Cookies when the 2023 selling season begins, Girl Scouts of the USA announced Tuesday.

Described as a sister cookie to Thin Mints, Raspberry Rally is "infused with raspberry flavor instead of mint and dipped in the same delicious chocolaty coating," the group said in a statement.

Raspberry Rally marks a first for the Girl Scouts: It will be the first cookie available only for online purchase and delivery, which the group says will help in "enhancing girls’ e-commerce sales and entrepreneurial skills."

The 2023 Girl Scout Cookie season is recognized nationally between January and April. However, local timing can vary, and some scout councils could start selling the cookies sooner. Consumers can check the Girl Scout Cookies website for information on when the new cookies will be available in their area.
