Days of using credit is long gone get into a partnership with the teachers along with phone providers and come up with a reasonable solution.

this is how we can begin to help improve the internet availability problem -.allow more providers access to operate in jamaica, this competition will help to drive down prices and a wider penetration into more areas.the monopoly is not working.
