@Ash Roskell I’m trying to figure out just where he would flee to. Apparently he owes much debt to foreign investors so trying to flee the U.S. to another country leaves him open to their judicial systems. At least in the U.S. he knows how to game the system, for what that’s worth. At some point it all comes to a head for him, so I guess it boils down to where he makes his last stand. NY-AG and the SDNY waiting in the wings, resistance is futile.
Trump’s desperation is escalating
I believe we are going to see the 25th amendment and acted after Joe takes office. When we look at his recent press conference he stumbled and babbled incoherently and the media had to turn to VP Harris for answers. Mark my words but I believe we are going to see the 25th amendment enacted but it is going to be against Joe.
The Trump wants to win hook or crook and pretty much he is the crook. Talk about Desperation and reaching for straws.This is so pathetic anymore. Well the Trump is too stupid to realize it. He hasn’t “ordered” anyone to do anything. He has filed lawsuits not to overturn an election, but to get the actual and legal results of an election. Can you tell me why Michigan is refusing to certify their vote count? You do know that not one single state has certified the election yet right? Didn’t Biden promise not to claim he was the winner until every state had certified the election and a clear winner was confirmed in the last debate they had? You don’t have to like our president, but is it more important to you that Trump leaves the office of the presidency by any means necessary, even if that means going against the will of the people and fraudulently placing someone else there? Trump will and has won this election. He doesn’t have to steal it.

I believe the USA will dodge this bullet, but when we look back at this mess years from now, we (hopefully) will realize we came very close to really bad outcome that would fundamentally change the country in what would be unfathomable for the average American with no sense of history or knowledge of the wider world around them.

Picture the scene of his downfall.
In his office, his staff look on wide eyed in horror; his old man’s white hair drips orange goo down one side of his tear stained face, it splatters onto the latest Covid death results on the desk Without his girdle his distended belly flopping. Shrieking as he furiously crayons red over the blue parts of an election map, shouting hoarsely ‘I WON I WON’. The staff retch as he soils himself from the sudden shock of seeing the gasmask wearing Secret Service officers. They cuff him and drag him backwards.

His sobs echoing down the corridor, ever fainter, his most loyal staff at once begin discussing who the next term’s candidate should be. Knowing they need the same toxic malevolence to mesmerize the base, but in a younger, more attractive package, someone suggests Ivanka. As she steps forward, Don Jr flicks the now wingless butterfly body onto the pile of papers marked DONT PAY as his jealousy rage explodes. He hurls himself at Ivanka who just manages to pull a hidden knife and sticks him in the heart as he snaps her neck back with his momentum. The chief of staff looks at the scene then catches his reflection in a mirror. As he perfects his most ‘Presidential’ pose a smile spreads. ‘The problem is sorted’ he says as Kanye West begins to play on the radio…

Election tampering is a crime. It’s a felony. Biden has correctly stated that this is a job for the DOJ and he will not be personally involved with the issue. That is not his job.
Any legal matters are, by law, run thru the Department of Justice.
For any of the Democrats to become personally involved with any possible prosecutions run through the DOJ would be illegal.
This is like the obstruction of law issues that the current President can be charged with after he leaves office
Exactly! They should be out there informing everyone what he’s trying to do. It’s a huge mistake to take the higher road on this one. If a president/head of state was hunting down democracy in Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Iran or Iraq or any other dictatorship country you might not even reflect on that with more than a “well, ok those are dictatorship bs countries”..
