Sadly in most states you can not protect yours or anyone’s property with deadly force. And shotting someone constitutes as deadly force in every state. But at first he probably could’ve gotten away with it cis he didn’t know if they were attacking him or stealing from him but if he would shoot after already being out the car and seeing they don’t want him b7t just his car then shotting would sadly land that man in a jail cell
