    1. I usually listen at 1.25x. I had to slow it down. This guy talks like Chris Hayes.
(I hope that’s taken as a compliment as intended)

  1. Funny how those who have no problem with guns being leveled at kids freak out over a phone in the face

    1. @Kevin Preston You need a college degree to be in the middle class today , a factory job will not do it like in the 1980s

    1. Cycle,
I agree with the Dems stance on gun control but, their childish demonstrations that disrupt official business is tiresome, annoying and takes away from the core message.

    1. So what happens after he’s sacked? Do they hold a by-election in his district? And if he wins (which seems likely), he’s right back in again?

    2. @Lawrence D’Oliveiro well based on the Democratic party and their going after lawlessness, he should be out, just like the Trump.
But, since he’s a liberal, they will defend him.
They defended the vegetable, John Fetterman.

    3. @Mark Sharnsky I thought your guy was supposed to be better than the others. Yet here you are defending him by admitting he’s just as bad.

  2. He represents the sane people of Tennessee! Good for this brave man!
Thank you for standing up for our children!

It’s not a legal but it is a moral argument. God bless Rep Jones

    1. 100% of the kids at the first school went home safe.
He helped vote down the bill that gave poor kids the same protection as rich kids.
The Tennessee shooter harmed 0 kids at her first choice.
She had to hit a less funded school 😢

  3. Proud of you. Proud of avoiding making it about you. This MAN of the People is a loud, intelligent voice of reason that tends to be lost in today’s media. Thank you

    1. If he is expelled, make sure his name is not forgotten. as well the names of the others who participated. If there is only downside to their actions, eventually all such people will be eliminated. If they are held up as examples of strength and courage, then others will surely follow.

  4. proud of this young well spoken men keep going stay strong we need more people like you 🙏🏼👏🏽

    1. I agree with the Democrats stance but, their tactics are childish tantrums that result in zero resolutions. 👎🏿💯

    2. Remember as what, a discredited fired law maker. I agree with his stance the their actions were childish and took away from the message of control.

  6. Brave, smart, well-spoken. A TRUE public servant. Thanks or your service, Sir!!! Appreciated!!!!

    1. @Lawrence D’Oliveiro And then started interrupting it and creating chaos against their legislative rules.

    2. @Lawrence D’Oliveiro In that we are a part of society, law is here to serve both. And yes, we should get rid of bad laws, though that is often easier said than done. The salvation of the state is in the watchfulness of the citizen. Nothing more, and nothing less. Of late, our citizens have not been very watchful. At least not of matters of state. Most these days know more about their favourite TV programme, movie, or video game than they do about their own constitution or laws. You can’t be very vigilant under those conditions. The powers that be (in both parties) would rather keep it that way, and will always move to swat down anything which challenges that.
When the citizens have not been watchful, laws tend more and more to be for the good of the few and powerful, not for the people and society as a whole. The laws, such as they are, in Russia are a great example of that. There, the kleptocracy rules, and the people outside of Moscow and Russia proper don’t count at all. At best, they are cannon fodder for Russia’s wars. At worst, they are ignored in the vastness of the republics where they are mostly ignored, even when starving. We have had it better, but owning largely to our unwillingness to do our due diligence and be watchful of our elected officials on both sides of the isle, we are slowly and steadily moving toward that sort of thing, which is just fine with guys like Trump, who really likes his pal Vladimir. Don’t be fooled. He wasn’t making peace. He was making money.

    3. @Pablo There’s a vast difference between making a lot of noise while the chamber is in recess, and trying to violently shut down a chamber which was in session. If the Jan 6 people had have stayed behind police lines and protested, that would have been fine. If Marjorie Taylor Greene and/or Lauren Boebert had have gone to the well with a bullhorn and shouted what they “think” during a recess, I’d have no problem with that. I’d probably disagree with them, but I’d have no problem with them stating what they believe. It becomes a problem when it goes violent, or when it disrupts the legislative body while it is in session. Do you see what the difference is? It’s not a little or inconsequential difference. It’s a really big one. Do you see that?

  7. It’s interesting that George Santos still has his job yet these folks stand to lose their jobs. What the hell is going on with GOP??

  8. So i watched up to 1:15 and my reaction so far is that they can quickly move to vote someone out for making loud noises but not for an unwanted physical touch?

  9. I am really proud of this man. Stay strong. You are doing the right thing for your community!
