'Terrorist Sympathizer': Trump Accused Of Igniting MAGA Mob As Dems Close Trial

  1. Potential criminal charges under 18 USC Sec. 241 and 242 bring a life sentence or death penalty when someone is killed during commission of these crimes and DJT is unrepentant. ““These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long,” he wrote in a tweet, hours after protesters stormed the Capitol and entered the Senate.” from AP report.

    1. I have seen the video of the staging of the ”insurrection”.
The players were actors and everything was staged managed.
The woman supposedly shot was an actress and the blood was fake.
All was fake to be used in the impeachment.

Anyone that defends the 2020 election as legitimate is either a moron or a traitor to the Republic.
      Trump won in a landslide.
      Biden is not the president.

  2. I doubt that any Trump supporters watched the House impeachment managers present their case against Trump. And, if any did, they were probably insurrectionists trying to spot themselves in the various videos.

  3. Republican justifications for insurrection, “no justification just let Trump go”. Crime right before our eyes!

    1. Always let the enemy hang themself. They are too brainwashed to realize this will come back to haunt them. Trumpism will pass and many people will move on.

    1. How are you going to reach out to those that agree with t…p? No one envies the USA or what has been unleashed on you all. Be strong.

    2. I get your sentiment. To an extent….
But don’t pray…..it will make zero objective difference.
It’s WAY past time we stop praying….and start making a real world difference.
Again….I get the sentiment. But let’s be honest, that’s ALL it is….a sentiment. An appeal to nothing to solve problems only WE can solve.

  4. Why isn’t “Baked Alaska” in jail for attempted murder charges…….oh wait, that’s right he’s Y’t.

  5. The 3 Republicans meeting with Trump’s lawyers to guide them in the trial need to step down and not have their votes counted.

    1. This is their best recourse. If the Republican Senators go neutral, & are ‘in absentia’ from the vote, the numbers required to pass are far fewer. It is an out allowed to them, to save face, yet not go along with the atrocity, nor have to vote in favor.

    2. Exactly, like even in the trial period it doesn’t stop and they don’t try to hide it. It’s sickening how we got here. This crazy how these politicians don’t stand up to a rich man starting drama.

    3. They are so blatant in their actions and attempts to derail, the impeachment !? There is no end to their attempts to hide their culpability for the Invasion at the Capitol.!??

  6. Trump: “Stop the steal.”

Translation: “Trump is about to attempt the biggest political heist in American history.”

    1. @D Dog The deep state is the voters who voted for Mr. Biden [and a lesser number for Mr. Trump]. The deep state is for adult citizens. Trump wants to keep you in the kiddie pool.

    1. @smart knucklehead first things first, red. The attempted destruction of our democracy by the dear leader needs to be reckoned with.

    2. @Maloy Audy The same people that cried a river of tears about Kaepernick taking a knee were the same people who storm the US Capitol on January 6th with Trump and Confederate flags.

    3. @Maloy Audy Now remembers that Trump had signed the final $600 stimulus relief checks, it wasn’t Biden.

But if you think Biden had something to do with it, then wouldn’t it make sense for Biden to receive credit for Trump’s initial $1,200 stimulus relief checks? 😬

Why did Biden only mention the $1,400 stimulus right after Jon Ossoff and the Rev. Raphaël Warnock had won their seats as senators and not earlier?

Brother someone’s a serious liar, and it’s not me. 🤥

  7. Trumps happy he can walk free and nothing happens to him or his family. 😠😠😠 Hope he goes to jail all of them.

  8. On Aug. 7, 1974, Sen. Barry Goldwater, R-Ariz., House Minority Leader John Rhodes, R-Ariz., and Senate Minority Leader Hugh Scott, R-Pa., made it clear to Nixon that he faced all-but-certain impeachment, conviction, and removal from office in connection with the Watergate scandal…

Nixon announced his resignation the next day, effective at noon on Aug 9, 1974.

In his 2006 book “Conservatives Without Conscience,” former Nixon White House Counsel John Dean wrote that the Capitol Hill trio “traveled to the White House to tell Nixon it was time to resign.”

In his 1988 autobiography, Goldwater wrote that after hearing their grim assessment, Nixon “knew beyond any doubt that one way or another his presidency was finished.”

This was back when the Republican party still had at least a modicum of dignity, decency, integrity, and a sense of right and wrong. Today, thanks to Trump, Moscow Mitch, Graham, Nunes, Jordan, Barr, Meadows, and others, the wholesale corruption of the GOP is now complete.

The Republican Party is now led by a kleptocratic crime boss who ruled over the most scandal-ridden administration in history. Nixon’s administration may have been  riddled with criminality—but in 1973, the Republican Party was still a somewhat normal party, that still played by the rules, so Nixon was forced to resign. But not anymore. Those days are long gone.

The corruption we see in the Republican party today can be defined as institutional depravity. It isn’t an occasional failure to uphold norms, but a consistent repudiation of them. It isn’t about dirty money so much as the pursuit and abuse of power—power as an end in itself, justifying almost any means.

Donald is now the grotesque face of the rot within the party itself. And it reeks of corruption, paranoia, fasc.ism, wild conspiracy theories, rac.ism and other types of hostility toward entire groups. Trump is no different than his authoritarian counterparts abroad: immoral, demagogic, hostile to institutional checks, demanding and receiving demagogic obedience and protection from the party, and knee-deep in the financial corruption that is integral to the political corruption of authoritarian regimes..

    1. That’s because Nixon wasn’t a traitor, was somewhat intelligent, and was a politician who knew the meaning of decorum.
drump is a mega multi-FAIL, not a politician, not intelligent, a traitor, a pathological liar and has zero shame. He treated the last 5 years like a game. Even longer than that, he groomed his cult by becoming their filthy mouthpiece as he relentlessly attacked President Obama, for years. They think they owe him a vote just for that; their shared hatred of a black man.

  9. Maga senators have only 1 conviction: a steadfast refusal in the face of compelling evidence NOT to convict the chief cop killer and traitor

  10. They didn’t hold him accountable last time and he did it again all because he lost, the people spoke so listen, convict and never let him run again American s are asking you to stop this monster.

  11. I never realized before now, how seriously dangerous ..delusional stupidity could be.
They’ve all gotta be dirty. This is far beyond party loyalty.. it’s putting an evil man ahead of our country’s well~being.

  12. So true. Americans, specifically Republicans in Office, will have themselves to blame. They are already to blame for continuing the lie, for perpetuating it eg Graham, Cruz, McCarthy, Jordan, Hawley, Taylor Greene, and dozens of others who are not speaking out. They are to blame for enabling this kind of behaviour in the future.
