Texas needs to understand that an independent state of 30,000,000 sometime needs the help of its neighbor country of 300,000,000 people. That understanding should include the decision to unite its power grid with the rest of the country and take help to fix their aging, poorly maintained and now broken mini power grid.
In the meantime, FEMA needs to coordinate and army of plumbers to come to Texas to repair and insulate their water pipes.
They don’t get resilience from connectivity do they, they seem to want to be the crazy weirdo who shuns all neighbors and is found a month after they have died.
