That is how Ron Klain interpreted Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s complaint about partisanship in the impeachment trial of Donald Trump. Maya Wiley tells Lawrence O’Donnell "they not only denied themselves the ability to make an informed decision, they denied voters the ability to make an informed decision." Glenn Kirschner, Rick Stengel, Chuck Rosenberg and Ron Klain also join. Aired on 01/31/20.

    1. 👍👍 Where was Obama when those kids needed saved. I’m sure illegals in federal facilities are being kept better than most low level offenders in our county jails.

    2. They’re was an older guy who died in detention, but you know they won’t report on it unless they can get some reaction out of it

    3. The Fuzzy Pickle it doesn’t fit the left hand pathers agenda.
It boggles the mind how mentally lazy some people are to the point they allow themselves to be spoon fed information from the Machine. Do your own research, follow the money find out who the
True Enemy of Humanity is. *Caution *It will force you into an Awakening

    4. @planting seeds Yep. They need to lookup “Obama forced by the court to release immigrants because of poor conditions, the border policies every Dem in recent history campaigned on, who actually has a long history with Putin and Russia, who invented the term “fake news” and how and what companies they used/paid off to implement it, who Manifort was lobbying for when he committed his crimes and who those people are directly connected to……OMG there’s so much. Lol Here’s a hint. None of it is Trump and what he has done is what they wanted. Until he won. Even bigger and more border fence. Pretty much if they say it’s bad, Trump did or wants something. It’s what they have done, are doing or campaigned on wanting themselves. It’s only bad because he did it.

  1. This is even funnier than their reaction to when Trump won the election. They are so astonished that they keep on losing 🤣

    1. Exactly right 👍 I personally can’t wait for election night, these demons will be pulling their horns out 😈🤣😂

  2. As they have said he is impeached. But the actions were not worthy of removal. That is different. Your upset that Senate didn’t call more witnesses but are you upset that the House didn’t wait for those witnesses.

    1. The idiotic dems keep shooting themselves in the foot, and they’re so stupid they don’t even realize it. Their relentless, yet futile assault on Trump has only aggravated the American people. They’ve actually helped Trump to win a 2nd term… (Which he would win anyways) but they may have had a slightly better chance than HlilDog Clinton if they didn’t put so much effort into trying to villianize Trump.

    2. piijay14 no Clinton’s term ended, and I don’t think he will be able to obstruct justice, not being in office, no will Obama be able to abuse his power being he to is out of office., now pelosi on the other hand she will again abuse her power, she will again obstruct justice!!, Hillary will abuse what powers she may have, she will also obstruct justice again.,

    1. @Michael McIntee You wrote a lot of words with literally no meaning. What is the mentality of the people that voted “these idiots” into office? When did this country start going down hill and why? What “evidence” is clear? Why do you think the American public doesn’t think or have common sense? How is the country “finished”?

    2. @planting seeds Its not by design its a natural state for young minds. Most parents even tell their kids to do things because “I told you to, that’s why” so we don’t get many people thinking for them self. When it looks like it is by design it because those are the same people raised to do things because they were told to and they think they now know whats best for everyone.

    1. @Stephanie Drake it wasn’t those losers on the other side. Just once I’d like to hear a convincing argument to vote for a Democrat beside he hurts my widdle feewings.

    2. Greytro 65 million votes vs 62 million votes. You people just can’t stand the fact that a woman got more votes than your Chosen One.

    1. @Stephanie Drake if Trump were a dictator you would be taken into custody and likely killed for your transgression.

  3. I am adding a little salt to everything I eat and drink today and pretending it is the seasoning from their tears.

    1. @The Fuzzy Pickle People are taking American politics and treating it like a silly game of who’s better and that’s what’s making me so confused. “My side is better than yours!!!!” shouldn’t be the foundation of who gets to run as president. I guess people are really bored and I’m here with the popcorn too I suppose.

  4. Oh my God! they say…we cheated fair and square and still lost……… Hahaha
Take note talking heads….it’s called Jury Nullification.

  5. My Dad witnessed Joe McCarthy’s crap in the 1950s. He just called me up. He is really really really really fired up over Senator Rob Portman’s written response. I was surprised that he was that fired up.

  6. FFS! ENOUGH!
Impeachment is different to a court trial.
It is split into two seperate parts.
CONGRESS does witness testimony and discovery. Congress presents evidence to Senate for a ruling. Evidence and testimony is meant to be done in the house.
Senate witnesses called in precedent impeachments ALL gave depositions in Congress first.
Subpoenas are Congress’ job. The house SHOULD have gone to the third branch of government (Judiciary) to get rulings on subpoenas and privelege. It’s called the separation of power. House cannot impeach POTUS because they refused to use third branch to adjudicate on dispute with executive branch.
This impeachment farce was a coup attempt.
This is not news, it’s a smear campaign against Trump.

Also due process was lost before this started. Schiff was a fact witness. No house vote to begin impeachment process. No representation for POTUS allowed. Cross-examination shut down. Witness leading by Schiff. Closed door hearings with selective leaks by Dems to smear Trump. It goes on and on …..

    1. I agree with what you said completely but I have 1 point and 1 question.

Point 1 – you used “Congress” and HOR interchangibly and Senate separately. Congress is made up of 2 bodies. House of reps and Senate. Total members of Congress is 535. 100 members of Congress serve in the Senate and 435 members of Congress serve in the House.

Both houses make up the Congress

Q1 – I agree that Senate should not have allowed new witnesses and based on the record presented by the House, POTUS should be acquitted. The question is, since there is seemingly more to the story (my opinion), should the House go back and do a more thorough job of producing a record for the Senate?

Personally, even if true, in my opinion, it doesnt rise to the level of impeachment so it would be a waste of money and time but I think they will do that anyway, as partisan as they are.

      Thanks
