  1. trump incited an armed insurrection on january 6 2021 to overthrow a fair democratic election

    1. @ixsicness Mike is presenting his evidence in a symposium in Aug and is inviting cyber experts from accross the country to examine it. Experts and news media invited. It’s the court of public opinion.

    2. @Drought Tolerant that’s not how the burden of proof works. He needs to demonstrate the legitimacy of his “evidence” before anybody is required to repudiate it.

And that’s not even considering the source; a computer illiterate crack head

    3. @ixsicness that is exactly what the symposium is all about. You get a gold star for figuring it out.

    4. @Drought Tolerant mikey lindelldo
      Needs to sell pillows
Thats why you still hear about him
      Free advertising

  2. These 10 fine gentlemen were Kevin McCarthy’s first choice for the January 6th committee 😆

    1. @g0679 Under that leaf, he saw the headlines about how everyone now dying under the latest (and long ago fully predicted) covid surge is not vaccinated against covid, made entirely of GOP supporters who believe in republican conspiracy theories.

    2. “there not sending their best! #45” but then they have no best , only racist, anti immigrant, confederate sympathizers and fascists’ plus communist!

    3. I disagree on implementing domestic terrorism laws. If we had those laws during the Trump administration, when declared antifascists [aka Antifa] terrorists, no one would be safe who didn’t follow the Right-wing Party line.

    1. @Richard Logan. . .I’ll bet you’re right! Did you think I meant he was a witness for the prosecution? No, I was using the common term for observing an event.

    1. @Ran Kat The problem is that many laws actually piggy back the two. Once you do one illegal act, carrying a weapon then compounds the legal liability. One of these is assault. The second is theft.

    2. @Bryan It’s as biased as Obama’s IRS targeting political groups. Oh wait, that was based on the fact that conservative political committees were more likely to actually break that law based on the restrictions to their organizations.

    3. @Ran Kat There is no absolute right to bear arms. There is only an absolute prohibition of the federal government from interfering with the state’s right to defend itself, which is helped by that federal prohibition. There is absolutely nothing stating that a state cannot pick the experience of its citizens which is where well-regulated comes in. “Well-regulated” means “disciplined”. In Federalist 29, every instance of the word “militia” applies to state-controlled armies. The only time “army” is used is when it refers to the federal standing army. In fact, between Federalist 29 (being definitions) and 28 (being mechanism of the 2nd Amendment), when the federal government is accused of moving the militias around, they are argued that the state controls them. The federal government could not move a militia around unless it is standing. Are you trying to suggest that the federal government is going to try to move around the populations of various states? That is the only way that you could end up with that not being standing. The states have the right of determination of who is an officer as well in that militia, which guarantees state control. When asked about whether a populace could take over the state on their own, the writer thought the question was idiotic. What do you think they would have responded to the right’s current rhetoric that the 2nd Amendment is for individuals to attack the federal government? Nowhere is it even implied that this right goes down the level to the state governments. Texas had a valid reason to make an Amendment guaranteeing gun ownership at the state level.
The point of the 2nd Amendment is that a state can conscript its citizens in times of trouble with the federal government. Those conscripts will have experience because the federal government unlike the English monarchy could not actually confiscate weapons, which the English monarchy actually did before and during the Revolutionary War.

    4. There is a reason we don’t see Antifa running around with guns! Painful alternatives but not ARs

    1. @rick yeah….it’s called undercover work……necessary when infiltrating secret criminal operations….dimwit

    2. Reminds me of Rudy Giuliani. He was married to his cousin for 14 years. Thank God they didn’t have children.

    1. @Gonzo AZ Yes I did and like I replied earlier they didn’t start out that way the FBI flipped them. Still doesn’t excuse what they were planning.

  3. Terrorists, pure and simple. Just because you worship Trump, you don’t get a pass to break any laws you want.

    1. Stochastic terrorism. Yeah. It’s clear clut. But we should understand the dynamic to combat the “crazed lone wolf” narrative when they are indoctrinated, inspired, & encouraged by people who currently face no responsibility.

    2. @Twiggie Leon you’re describing antifa and blm. Looting and burning businesses with no consequences

  4. Good lord, what would we do without informants and whistle blowers? No wonder Trump and crew hated informants and whistle blowers.

    1. @Aedammair Ornóra Sorry I’m hard working democrat pass my retirement age and don’t have time eat or relgulate toilet bowl plumbing like Trump. They don’t know they’re overweight and unhealthy from overeating disorder.

    2. @Gordon g – The argument iis: “The Second Amendment makes reference to MILITIA because there was no standing Army”
      FALSE
The BRITISH ARMY was a standing military.
In 1775, the Second Continental CONGRESS formed the CONTINENTAL Army which stood between 1775-1783.
In 1783, it was renamed the UNITED STATES ARMY.
Since there was no such thing as the United States, obviously there was no such thing as a UNITED STATES standing army.
BUT there was a STANDING BRITISH Army.
The Continental Army was NOT formed out of conflict but rather out of the formation of a NEW NATION under a NEW concept of a government for the people and by the people.
The idea of a well-armed militia was NOT because there was no such thing as a standing military but rather to keep that NEW government from becoming like the old monarchy

    3. @danny cole – Thank you. Coming from you that means something eventhough I have no idea what you are attempting to articulate. 🙂

    4. Sound familiar? Makes me think of the Mafia. Actually, Donald Trump is a modern day “Mafia Boss,” with Giulian as the “Under Boss,” and ~93 million voting soldiers, not to mention members in the USSC, Congress and various state govenors.

    1. Hey guys. I just came over to this side to ask a serious question. Who’s running our country?

    2. @Terry Miller Trump isn’t a Veteran. Arlington is for the military and their spouses. Landfill, as stated by another person, is far more appropriate, that’s where garbage belongs.

    1. @Eric M
Exactly..!!!!!…Democrats should be rounded up and horsewhipped and sterilised and DEPORTED to Cuba

    2. How about you go after where the REAL corruption is. those that have the most to lose

Those that have been in politics for 30, 40, 50 years or more and have been making the same lame excuses for their bad policies, have been crying for millions and billions of taxpayer $’s to fix the problems, they never do anything except make the $ disappear and then do it all over again and again

Investigate the millionaire public servants who somehow became very wealthy and then when someone finally comes up to question their behavior they go after them with all they’ve got. They allowed the riots, looting and murder all last summer but crickets when it came to doing what is best and right from the country only what they deem is right for them, Deep state sewer stinks to high heaven.

  5. The irony is they did all of that because they want their “freedom” and now they’re in a concrete box. 😅

    1. @George Layton never said they could
They can’t legally but they have them.
I may have interpreted your remark in the wrong way i thought you were one of the government is trying too take my gun nuts.
