@Zachorazor1 during election all Americans from all part of society argue and fight but after the election it is time to lick up the wounds and be united again. There are other countries out there which are gladly waiting to tumble down the US in all whatever reasons possible..

    • so you want a third opium war? if it occurs, it will end in London,

    • @Jamie Lancaster no

    • Hong Kong never had a single election under 148 years of British Colonial rule until China gave them elections after the 1997 handover. Western media seems having no problem with Hong Kong back then under colonization but now they are concerned with the “freedom” of HK? Just when you wonder how hypocrite and double standard can people get…

    • Resignation en mass? Great and BYE BYE to those CIA/MI6-funded so-called “lawmakers” that only brought riots and turmoil to HK!

  3. who in their right mind would support a resolution allowing removing elected officials without process? Obviously they don’t represent hong kong

    • Ikr? Like the Democrats repeating CCP propaganda when they deliberately let the virus spread. Democrats are running things. There goes our national sovereignty.

    • @Ozark Yeoman The democrats try to contain the virus Trump lets it run wild. Trump found the concentration camps in China a good idea. All Trump goods he sell an decorate his hotels and resorts with are made in `china. Trump is doing business in China and has a bank account with a Chinees bank inside China. Trump got Ivanka 5 trade licenses in return Trump lifted sanctions. You are dumb as hell. `trump is president and the republicans have the `senate. McConnell refuse to vote on any bill that comes from the house. And you blame the democrats. What a moron you are

    • Obviously some ridiculous new human species were created in Asia with western political agenda after colonial time…..

  5. We left them out to dry years ago you prats

    • @Arithia East Germany was socialist, they unified with West-Germany and now have a republican form of government. Poland was socialist under the soviet’s bloc, they now have a republican government. When the entire USSR shattered like glass, Russia and Ukraine, both have republican forms of governments. Sure Putin is essentially dictator of Russia, but Russia is still a democracy. There’s still elections in Russia, despite the corrupt system.
Fun Fact: The Australian Labour Party, is a Democratic Socialist Party, within Australia, and they controlled majority of seats in Australia for a VERY long time, today they hold a lot of seats still. Oh, and Australia is another democracy.
By the way, nothing about your statement about socialism was true, and it’s highly opinionated. You’re entitled to your beliefs, but please have some knowledge about the subject you’re speaking about.

@Wildman’s Journey there is a problem auditing some of the electronic machines that have No paper trail. They are used in 17 states.
I do not know how this will end.
I do know it has the capacity right now to create a rift that could bring the country down. Each side making strong comments that ought go unsaid.
You stated the election process well.

Do they get Fox News, CNN and MSNBC in Heaven and Hell? And how much is their Cable Bill?

  9. This sounds like defeat but what do I know? Who is left to fight for freedom?

It would seem to me, that if companies that have a branch in Hong Kong started to openly make plans in moving from Hong Kong, it would change China’s desires to control it so completely.

  19. Finally there might be some peace and order in Hong Kong
