  1. Hell yeah! My mound of dirt was only worth 117,000 when I got it, my realtor told me could get at least 100,000 if I sold the side lot. This year , lots in my hood are over 500,000 and they are not even as close to the lake as mine .I am grateful to know my offspring will score huge when I’m gone.

Clickbait the house is 80k not 800k and she did at least 100K’s worth of labor/ work to get those trades done… Anybody can trade a piece of junk car spend a bunch of time fixing it up and make some money… you have to account for your time in all of this…. it took her a year in 7 months to earn $80,000. I know bartenders that clear more cash than that even after living expenses
