If it’s not a surgical grade N95 mask a clean shaven face for a tight seal doesn’t matter. The masks are meant to stop the user from spearding not to protect the user from catching.
How do police enforce the laws when it’s the mayor? The mayor should have been broadcasting a disperse message from a cop car PA, like was done in European countries, not schmoozing for votes.

I heard it was not as bad as they make it out to be.. also if you had drone footage you may see that there was distancing..due to a horizontal view compared to birds eye view.
