Three Dead After Active Shooting in Austin, Texas | MSNBC

    1. @Joseph C. There are shootings under every president. There were many during the Trump administration. 27 dead across two school shootings in Feb/May 2018 alone just to cite an example. Try a simple search next time instead of making everything a political narrative.

    2. Disarm all Wyatts (Uropeans), to save lives. Wyatts (Uropeans) have a monopoly on mass shootings. They are a public menace.

    1. @Jesuslove _isfreedom I’m sorry but that has gotta be the dumbest comment I’ve read all day 😂. You think people all of a sudden just woke up in the early 2000’s and said “ya know what, let’s go on mass shootings”? The extreme rise in gun sales began in the early 2000’s, mass shootings didn’t began until then and every year since has gone up dramatically. Yes there are crazy people on the world, which is why normal people can’t understand why anyone would have a problem with extensive background checks. I’m sorry but you people care more for your guns, then you do for the safety of your own children, and that’s honestly pathetic.

    2. @Wowmage 5.56 10,000 homicides are still extremely high in an international context. I took a glance at Swedish statistics of instances of deadly violence. I took that statistics instead of deadly violence with a gun because gun use is much less prevalent in Sweden than in the US, so the Swedish numbers include all instances of deadly violence (knives, guns, vehicles, fists, glass shards, nunchucks, swords, hand grenades… you name it). Between the years 2002 and 2019, there have been at average 95 instances per year. The US is about 30 times larger population-wise than Sweden, so let’s multiply Sweden’s numbers with 30. This will give us 2,850 instances if we had the same population as the US. Thus, Sweden’s total amount of deadly violence is about 30 % of US’ amount of just gun homicide. How is that possible? And you say that it would increase even more if guns were more regulated? Don’t you feel that 10,000 gun homicides is already an incredibly high number?

  1. People are taking advantage of the chaos. Just another reason to watch your back constantly now. Shouldn’t have to live like that

    1. @Rusty Shackleford “drinking too much of the koolaid buddy.”
Coming from the fundamentalist christian believing in New World Order imagining tyrany everywhere except Trump…

    2. @Shawouin It’s the type of diversity. Toronto has a very high amount of Asians, who are generally law-abiding, mild-mannered, hard-working citizens. Plus, Canada does not have nearly as big of a gang problem as the US. You may think I am trying to sound racist or something, but the facts speak for themselves. The safest states in the entire US just so happen to be the whitest states in the country.. Vermont is 97% white, and is the only state that averages less than one murder per year.

    3. @Solo Traveler – Off The Beaten Path “You may think I am trying to sound racist or something”
You litterally just said people non white are more violent, except asians. That’s racism, as you think one race is better than the other. All that base on bad stats to justify your race superiority.

  2. Our nation is so profoundly and pervasively sick that it is hard to imagine how we can heal and rise above the multiple forms of heart-, mental-, and soul-sickness afflicting many tens of millions of Americans. God help us all to heal all that divides us and to reclaim our decency, compassion, and fundamental humanity.

    1. It takes hounding our officials, making them listen with threats of voting them out. We just don’t have the guts or interest to fight for our rights anymore.

    1. There’s no doubt in my mind that we are not only going bullish, but BTCis going nuclear. A lot of people are wondering if now is a good time to buy because of where the price is at right now. I’d say it’s outrightly wrong to just sit back hodl and wait maybe incur some losses along the line, that’s a wrong mindset for an investor because as an investor finding ways to always increase and stack up more coins thereby making prof!ts should be the way of life, even experienced traders are in a doubt to take long or short position. I have been more skillful than lucky to be honest also thanks to Danielwrightfx . Daniel who trainedme as my initial investment was multiplied by 5 In two months. After getting in touch with Daniel wright. , an exp:ert in cryptography, who showed me how to use his program to make transactions and got 14 bitcoin in 2 moths with him. f you are looking for a way to increase your portfolio or investment. 3. Chacon said police are no longer classifying the incident as an active shooter situation. Preliminary information is that Broderick knew the victims and that the shooting was targeted to them.

  4. The Suspect at large is Stephen Nicholas Broderick and he is a Black Male and 41 years old. He worked as a former Austin county office Detective and was arrested last year for Assault of a child. The victims were 2 Adult Females and 1 Adult Male.

Pray for the Victims Families 🙏🏽

    1. @The Johnnie Walker yea 30 people a year for decades, how long has blm been around for? I’m not sticking up for blm and I don’t agree with them but let’s be realistic police have been killing people for decades, the numbers will never be close.

    2. @U WinTV He’s just calling out the obvious hypocrisy of the media. This story is
a side-note on CNN, see for yourself. If the shooter was white?-MASS SHOOTING-LIVE COVERAGE!!!!

    3. @BC orange man bad Obv the real question here is are they not properly reporting it because he’s black or because he’s a cop?

    4. @The Johnnie Walker Projection. Trolls use thing like age, to hide behind ignorance. You sound like someone too stupid to make it to middle school. In Canada we call it Jr high. Miles(kilometres) ahead of your post secondary. Your facts are self taught. Or…..Rubbish.

  5. Kinda funny how when my neighbors and 2 elderly women were murdered 2 years ago there was no national coverage on it.

    1. @Rivvy pushing Biden gun control.

They say it was an active shooter to bring fear to the people when it really wasn’t. It was a targeted murder like the ones that happen everyday. It’s called yellow journalism. Their bias is caught on tape.

    2. @i hate dlyselxics only by 1/2 persons….they did mention domestic v, but the real reason why it’s national news is because of the string of shootings happening back to back and the fact that the killer is on the run.

    3. @Jeremy Ávila Collazo yea exactly. Batman? That’s the gayest YouTube account, what are you five? Go back to your room kid

  6. Wow, ANOTHER ONE ?? 😯😯
    🤔
We now return back our regularly scheduled program.
    Back to you Marty.

    1. I agree your media is trying to get a narrative going for more gun control. But I don’t think it will ever work in your country the only way it works is if you remove all the guns and that’s never going to happen. It worked here in the UK they took mine and everyone else’s away in the 90’s. I miss shooting a lot but in all fairness it did put a end to mass shootings. But that will never happen in your country for a multitude of reasons, so good luck guys whatever happens.

    3. @Get Schwifty A lot of people out here are too crazy to cary guns as you can see in the comment sections. We’re better off moving to another country to avoid GTA in chaos mode.

    4. @tom hatherford
Does it matter, if the guy knew them or not, they are still dead. How come you are not more upset about that ?

    5. @tom hatherford
Killing is killing no matter the motive. Too bad you can not see that. Do you really think killing in a crime of passion is okay ? If you do you are a total moron.

  7. “Suspect is wearing a baseball cap and a hoodie” You guys will need the help of Jesus to find him 🤣

    1. @POWER ATLAS Three in Austin, Three in Wisconsin, One in Ohio, and that’s just to name a few in the last 24 hours. Let’s not forget about the eight two days ago in Indianapolis. Apparently, you’re completely oblivious to what’s happening and way too relaxed!

  8. It never ends. Sometimes I see a news alert and think I already saw the story, but I start watching and it turns out to be a new incident. Things need to change.

    1. Gun ownership and use has been “Hollywoodized.” If people were given gun safety lessons in public schools and taught to value life, like they once were, then things like this was be far less common.

    2. How are things going to change? The cat is so far out of the bag, it’s never going back in. There are over 400 million registered firearms in America. That’s more guns than people.. For this reason, gun control would never work.

    3. I know. I saw this and thought, “I thought the shooting that just left three dead was in Texas.” Different shooting.

    2. @San Bruno You keep randomly posting this list of nice things. Please stop. Though Bonanza was a good show.

  9. Sometimes I wish I was there and that this was all just over. I can’t take being in an abusive relationship anymore. Trapped for over a year in this has irreparably stolen my soul and everything I am and I don’t want to be alive anymore.

  10. I live in a world on the verge of an apocalypse and in a dystopian country infested to the core with psychos
Everyday here is an action movie.

    1. Word of advice … Leave USA while you still can. The place is truly insane. Better to be alive in Canada than dead in USA.

  11. As someone whose last loss was dog, I can’t even imagine losing a loved one—friend or relative–and that too so senselessly. WTH is going on!!?? I am very sad and sorry for all the people who have died and for their loved ones. I also wonder if the Cabin Fever of over a year due to the pandemic has something to do with these non-stop shootings lately. Stay safe. Don’t spend too much time in public places. And I’d stay away from even the medium sized American cities; it helps that I love a rural life.
