  1. Yes, I’m much less concerned about what a US company owned by a Trump supporter would do with all that data.

    Oh, and First.

    1. At least trump is getting stuff 4 his supporters let Obama tell It ur supporters are supposed to pull themselves up by bootstraps they don’t have ❗

    2. @Ridic Bow You do realize that “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” is a commonly thrown around Republican term, right?

And that before it became slang for what it means today, it used to mean an impossible task.

    3. Oracle and Facebook are run by people with Trump’s personality, make money for myself and the ‘users/suckers’ are money making assets. They will data mine every last bit of user data, cross corollate it with data from other sources and sell it.

    4. @Ridicbow that’s exactly the problem. Why not operate in the best interests of ALL Americans and not just those who support him. He is the President of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA not the President of the REPUBLICAN PARTY THAT REPRESENTS A %OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

    1. Yep, Trump’s holding a grudge because kids ruined his corona rally in Oklahoma using Tik Tok. He is also trying to use the power of the presidency to harass other social media companies.

  2. Ellison was one of the top donors to Conservative Solutions PAC, a super PAC supporting Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential bid. As of February 2016, Ellison had given $4 million overall to the PAC. In 2020, Ellison hosted a fundraiser for Donald Trump at his Rancho Mirage estate.

  3. Remember that one time when tiktok teens totally trolled t’rump and his campaign into thinking their Tulsa rally was going to have 100,000 people? t’rump looked so sad when it was only 6,200. 😅😂🤣

  4. America went from saying China can’t innovate to having to get the government to try and force a Chinese tech company to sell them their AI algorith within 5 years

  5. Partner with a company that has no interest or experience in the thing, it’s like they won’t even exist, Oracle will just collect weekly checks.

  6. Bad idea. The only reason why they didnt make a deal with Microsoft I’d because its was president trump idea.
Good luck with that stupid deal.

  7. As far as i remember the Chinese get the last laugh on trump anyway. As the AI algorithm and platforms that Microsoft and many companies wanted their hands on, isn’t included in the sale of Tik Tok.

  8. So if the U.S want to win, it just buy any company they want by executive order? It’s not about if chinese company win, its about if the freedom of business win.

    1. Trump was just mad at TikTok and wanted to play tough. Now Oracle, his big supporter, can make some free money and expand its cloud biz. Everyone is happy.

  9. Trump takes revenge on TikTok because of the what it users did to his rally in Tulsa. It has nothing to do with national security. They just need to drag it out pass November 3rd and they’re home free.
