  1. What an irresponsible and cowardly women. What a legacy to leave behind, history will remember, I hope the families of the deceased do too.

    1. @L w Any gathering right now is ignorant. Gatherings without distancing are even worse. Gatherings without distancing and masks represents the pinnacle of ignorance. Have there been protests that meet that description? Yes. Do most of them meet that? No. Have there been Trump rallies and other republican events that meet that description? Yes. Have most of them met that description? Yes. It isnt by any means an equivalency. It also doesnt excuse ignorance on either side. But ask yourself this….. how many times have you seen a democrat stand in front of the media and throngs of people and specifically say that using masks is somehow a bad thing? How many times have you seen a democrat demonstrate this at large events in their actions? It isnt zero, but it isnt close to what these irresponsible republicans have been doing for almost a year…..

    2. @DrPommels and how many republican run states are bleeding right now because of a mandatory shut down? 0. How many democratic run states and being shut down and are completely crippling small business? hmmm lets see – CA, IL, CT, NY, WA, etc. I think we are all adults and should have the right to stay open and not have the government tell us what to do.
if your scared of the virus stay home, but we shouldnt be completely shutting everything down & that is what is being pushed.

    3. @L w perhaps you should do a little homework…. just a question…. if South Dakota was it’s own country, where would it rank in cases and deaths per capita for COVID? How many ICU beds are currently available there if you happened to have a heart attack today? If you think there is a difference in red states somehow faring better in this, you are delusional. Any idea what the drop in tax revenue was in NY state this year? Want to compare that to Texas… or Florida… or Georgia? Get some information rather than the right wing disinformation…..

  2. Saying places with mandatory mask edicts are having increased COVID cases misses the most important point: people *STILL* aren’t wearing them.

    1. That is very true in NC. We have had a mask mandate for months, but Trumpkins won’t wear them and Republican Sheriffs won’t enforce the mandate. “But muh freedom!”

    2. Same here in sw Minnesota. In my town the only place people wear them is the grocery stores because they are the only ones that enforce it. Everywhere else in town is probably less than 20% of people do.

    1. Neglecting as a sitting president is criminal in my opinion.
wrongdoer trump never be a sitting president. Never.
He played and keep playing a role of a sitting president on the reality show for his pockets.

  3. We are NOT all in this together. You have people who protect themselves and their fellow humans, then you have those that don’t. There are two “togethers”. Which one are you in?

    1. @Cynthia Copland He said “Join hands” — nooooooo, don’t join hands. Ha ha – I know it was metaphorical.

    2. I wear one for my mother who is in a rehab hospital after having a stroke in May. I still haven’t been able to HUG her since that happened because of visiting restrictions. πŸ₯Ί
      Please wear masks everyone. Please.

    1. she sux covid 19 HD tailpipes on cocaine & citibank under-the-table grease.
wrongfully, to many senators for NO HUMAN BEINGS. fix that?

  4. Donald lad I know you like golf, you need to start playing tennis so you can get use to courts,I know a better one than Wimbledon, the supreme court 🀣🀣🀣

    1. I got my sister to stop hosting 5 others inside her house because we’d probably be having her funeral on her birthday next month!

    1. It’s a heavy Republican state and she defies the democrats so they are punishing the governor of South Dakota

  5. She is succumbing to the populous. I really wish these politicians would listen to science and change their tactics, because what they have been doing isn’t working

    1. But that’s how you raise healthy well-adjusted children, right? Never challenge them, give them all candy, and always have the other parent be the bad guy.

  6. Criminal liability would result in half the government being imprisoned in a world where life has more value than money, unfortunately we don’t live in that world.

  7. This is sad South Dakota that she chose to believe Donald Trump manipulating lies now her people are sick and dying 😷😭

  8. It’s just stupidity that you have to listen to some governor before making a life and death decision for yourself!

  9. Only an absolute moron would have approved of or attended sturgis during a pandemic. Many paid the price for ignorance and some are still paying.
