The economy was Balloning not growing, which means the bubble would bust soon. Sure he continued Obama’s rising gains in the market, and might have pumped a bit extra out with the tax breaks for companies that NEVER used it to invest in the market, more industry, or more workers 😉 just like they said quite clearly that they would not.
