The news of plans for 12 of Europe's top football teams to break away and form a European Super League has shocked and outraged the footballing and wider world. In a joint announcement, six English clubs — Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur — alongside three teams from Italy — AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus — and three from Spain — Atlético Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid — laid out plans to form a breakaway competition, referred to in the announcement as the Super League.

The only language these snakes speak is money so the only way to stopping would happen by not watching the games of the super league and by not buying anything from the 15 clubs that are going to play in the super league (match tickets, jerseys, etc..) which sounds highly unlikly to happen but most likely the only way these rats would shut down this league.

@HKI As an american, it does hurt to see our place in the sport reduced to a caricature. Its wild that these misconceptions still exist. We are shite at football for more reasons than I have time to name, but my god many of us love the heart and tradition of it, and for that we REVERE England’s football culture. I was just in England last summer and my only regret was not having the chance to attend a game. The super league is a dumb idea powered by greed. But just as sad, this reaction reinforces the idea that there is no space for Americans in European football, no matter how devoted to the systems they might be. If the super league goes through I wont be supporting the teams, but maybe I should just stop watching all together.
