Start arresting and charging
All we need the PM to do is make an Order In Council to ban cars. That coupled with the AR15 ban will surely stop all the drive-by shootings.
All guns should be taken.

This has been going on for so long. The police have all the details. Why is nobody ever arrested for these arson’s and shootings?
