  1. GOOD ON HER!!! THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICS! And I am from Michigan!!! Constitution before Party.

    • Jefryt 67 no. It’s not. It’s about the Constitution and the preservation of our DEMOCRACY. Which is bigger than politics. It’s about no one being above the law. Let a True Patriot explain it to you.

“The Duty of a Patriot is to protect his country from his government” Thomas Jefferson

    • Gmail User Conspiracy Theories!!!! Debunked!!!!! Why are you grasping for straws!!!! He stood on national TV and asked China to investigate his political opponent! Not corruption! Investigate the Bidens!!!!! See your dumbass at the polls!!!!! By the way, your dear leader has a date with the SDNY in 2021!!! Little things like tax fraud, tax evasion, and just being a thief! She will be voted the hell out

    • The Cuban Conservative which she???? WTF are you tapping about????

  2. 0:57 “wow the contention in that room…(should’ve go on to say)…was minimal compared to the cheers…drowned out by support for our constitution…”
    listen at 0:38 (crying traitors)
    Then at 0:49 proud patriots

  3. “I might lose my job for voting this way, but it’s the right thing to do” should be the way EVERY politician votes EVERY single time the cast a vote. Politicians voting because they fear for their jobs is exactly why this country does not have common sense gun control.

    • @desglacons
People who use ad hominem attacks cannot support their ideas and opinions with facts and reason.
      Tick tock?
      Facts please,

    • David Primeau Get a new paradigm. Are you anti-Americans given the same script? Get a new idea, low life toxic swamp wall watcher.

Data please? You are so stupid that it makes everyone laugh, even stupid Floridians.

    • @David Primeau I’m getting the sense that Ms. Icecube projects quite a bit. Its like watching a bad car crash. Hard to look away.

    • @Michele M
I always like to listen to reason. Happy hollidays from Canada.
“Ms. Icecube” I understand the urge to jest. You are better than that.
Michele (ma belle) is one of the most beautiful names in the world. I knew a Michelle in 1972 in elementary school. My cousin’s name is Michel , but it is so much more beautiful for a girl, who grows into a woman.

    • David Primeau I thought you were in Boca, not Canada. Typical liar conservative like frothy diseased Michele. Keep hating yourself!

      Go Trudeau!

  4. If all members of Congress voted for the country over party it would be 435-0 In favor of ALL OF US.

  5. As a Retiree who served in Vietnam I still remember the Oath I took. Country before Self! It seems we’ve lost the meaning. I salute you Rep. Slotkin for standing on principle before seat.

    • is that even after you killed women and children in vietnam?

    • The demorats don’t like Trump. That’s their grounds for impeachment. The left has no message, no substance, and no viable presidential candidates.

    • @Rene Dejesus, Thank you for your service. I agree with you that the meaning has been lost in more cases than it should be. However, I’ve lived long enough to understand that we should look at people’s actions, not words to see if they really stand on principle.

  6. It takes guts to stand up for your own principles despite what others think. Those are the people who have my vote.

    • yawn

    • Slotkin is standing up for what she believes. She believes it does not matter if Biden becomes president and is corrupt. She believes that it is not the president’s job to keep the USA safe.
Rachael Bade says, “That is part of the calculation.” It makes me wonder if she believes impeachment is something that is decided by voters. If so the USA citizens should decide in 2020, not by polls.
If polls were used Hillary would be president and the world would be whacked.

      She has no principles

      All losers

    • Does that mean you would vote for trump? he stood up for his principles despite what others think.

  7. My heart aches for the nation. So hard to see how many people are blind to the truth.

    • Robert Miller we do watch other media, if we don’t like you say we don’t why are we here leaving comments and giving our opinions? This is a CNN video right? Now that’s what you call ignorance personified. I know it breaks the hearts of you all that he may be impeached but not removed, but cheer up. You need to hold those tears until 2020 when Trump wins again, your gonna need them. 🤣

    • @Gary Carter So everyone that disagrees with Trump is a “rat dem”? God forbid an independent voices his opinion.

@Andy C must not forget when Moscow Mitch McConnell stated on record he was gonna make it his job and make sure Barack Obama would be a “one term President”..(epic fail)…sounds like the pathetic party is Republicans…can dish it BUT cant take it…so called “Patriots”…FOH.

This has gotten way to boring . Time to take a nap.
      Have at it troll bots.

  8. Finally, “profiles in courage”, a politician who is defending the constiution that they pledged to protect from all enemies, “foreign and domestic”. You can listen to the shouts, but, i think the applause drowned them out.

    • @dwarfie24 Guns are needed by every American now than anytime in history of country.

    • @soylentdean Stop it. The Democratic Party has NEVER advocated to eliminate the 2nd Amendment, or anything similar. What many of us have advocated is that real background checks should be run before the purchase of a weapon, not the current check of let’s see if anything shows up in a lame 72 hour none-look at what this person has done to that point. Do you understand that until the 70’s when the NRA started promoting their slanted view of the 2nd amendment, most counties required you to present yourself to the local sheriff to get approved to purchase a gun. This usually resulted in him asking around about you, looking at references and signing off on getting a gun. I’m 66 now, most guys got the gun they wanted, a few were told no because they were immature, had other mental issues, or were a threat or were actually threatening someone. What did the gun violence rates look like then? Not what we see today.

You have the right to face your accusers *IN A (Criminal) TRIAL* .

So there are 2 problems with that and this Impeachment. The first: what we have seen so far has been the *INVESTIGATION* . The *TRIAL* will be held by the Senate. And there has *never* been a criminal who has been allowed to participate in their own investigation.

The second: Impeachment is not a Criminal Prosecution. It’s more of a….. Political Prosecution, combining elements from Politics and Litigation, but ultimately being a political process. Whether or not POTUS gets to call witnesses, and what witnesses he gets to call — in the Trial of course, not in the Investigation because *obviously* the idea that a suspect would get to call witnesses during the Investigation would be both idiotic and insane — will be decided by the *SENATE* as, according to the Constitution of the United States of America, they have the *sovereign* power to hold Impeachment Trials.

Just as the House has sovereign power to hold Impeachment Inquiries (i.e -Investigations), by the way. So that’s another mark against your “the rights of the President are being violated” fantasy. The President doesn’t really have all that many rights when it comes to Impeachment according to the Constitution. Only the House of Representatives and the Senate have rights. They can, if they wish, *extend* rights to the President, but they are in no way obligated to do so (although I suspect Moscow Turdle Mitch and his Republican Senator cronies will give your beloved Dear Orange Leader plenty of rights once it gets to a trial).

    • Yes the old disgruntled white people who support Trump are assholes with no sense of civility. Never listen just shout out stupidity. The 2020 elections will send them back to the corner they belong in to mumble their idiotic jibberish.

I hope Representative Stevens also votes to impeach!

  10. Personal ambition should be irrelevant in the context of protection of the Constitution.

  11. the one protesting never supported her in the first place

    • That’s their new thing. They’re all hiding their subs now and pretending to be democrats..

    • Elissa Slotkin and many other ANTI – AMERICA SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS are going to get the ” BOOT ” this coming 2020 Elections ( I CAN’T WAIT ahahahahahaahaah 🙂 MERRY ” MAGA ” CHRISTMAS

    • Yes to use a Trump lie they are trying to undo a lawfully elected representative because they hate her.

    • @tigerslear . He’s gonna get hammered for re-signing nafta. And I think old people are starting realize theyre gunning for social security.

    • @tigerslear . Elisa blocked me lol. I haven’t seen her name in a while.

  12. Ms. Slotkin is my Representative and I will be supporting her in the next election. The Trump supports may shout louder, but my vote counts just as much.

    • First you doubted I was there and I proved you wrong. I no longer care about convincing some YouTube stranger. The president is a criminal, and she is doing exactly what I voted for her to do, make him accountable.

    • @vanillaquale First of all, your reply to my first comment convinced me you were a resident but your comment of paid protestors bothered me. You shouldn’t assume that someone having a different view then you is a paid asset. Secondly your immediate panic after i questioned you on this convinces me that your a vile person who hates America. To borrow your question, why am i trying to convince some brainwashed conspiracy theorist that they live in a fantasy land?

    • Wolfman believe me, no panic on this end. I never called you names, but that is usually where people go when they can’t defend the indefensible. Facts are on my side. He broke the law. I love my country, enough so that I went to war to defend your right to call me vile and say I hate my country. Good night.

    • @vanillaquale Good night fake veteran 😉

  13. That was five guys yelling and a standing ovation.

    • @Wolfman Why did the Supreme court rule that the process is legal then? I’d take their word than yours anyday

    • @Kenneth Gitau They don’t rule on that my friend. The second Impeachment charge is based on obstruction of congress due to the white house being uncooperative. The white house wanted the Judicial court to force them to give over information. Instead of the house going to the court system AS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. They created a new impeachment charge. Let me enlighten you that there are three branches of government for a reason. The Legislative Branch has NO power or say over the Executive branch. The judicial branch is the one with the power

    • @Wolfman Your mind is made up.

    • @Kenneth Gitau As is Yours

    • @Wolfman You sold your country for bloody a red hat.
