You mean the lowest EI rate. Hundreds of thousands of unemployed or underemployed Canadian citizens no longer qualify for EI benefits. The “low unemployment” figure you’re mentioning are only those EI qualified.

Can someone check how many minutes in a day are dedicated to applause breaks in the British Columbia legislature and the house of commons?
If the house of commons works for ten hours a day, every hour, ten seconds is dedicated to applause breaks, in ten business days, Monday to Friday, then they applauded for fifteen minutes.

true enough, as a passenger I admit to being out of practice dealing with the 3rd world standards that our airports have adopted and this minister seems to be comfortable with…. I suspect the minister doesn’t have to go through what we lesser beings have to endure at Canadian airports.
