Dramatic footage released by authorities in Ohio shows a truck whose brakes had failed narrowly avoiding a collision with a school bus and other vehicles on the morning of April 19.

@jagferr he didn’t have brakes much less enough time to down shift he did what he had to do
That can be any truck on the road that was the trucks fault
I guess its a old truck with a messed up pedal and or hoses… he clearly had air if the horn worked… signal lines blew off and didn’t have time or space to hit the dynamite?
