  1. Why ask? It’s not like he’s ever paid attention to it before. Budgets balance themselves, economies grow from the heart outward, it’s all up to the money fairies!

  2. Scary. The government’s ability to provide generous covid support was almost entirely the result of monetary policy and that came with substantial consequences. It has to be understood.

  3. Your Monetary Policies are affecting Canadian Families bottom line. Basic Necessities with inflation at 3.9% are fast becoming Luxuries

    1. Maybe! He probably doesn’t want to stick around and clean up this mess. He’ll let the Conservatives take the fall.

  4. Doesn’t he realize monetary policy affects families? Ask anyone who was raising a family during the mid 70s to mid 80s if they think our prime minister should be thinking about monetary policy.

  5. Like father, like son. Spent decades paying off his fathers spending. Get rid of this Chinadian prime minister

  6. No surprise , he is an entitled trust fund child. He has never had to worry about money even once in his life. Such an arrogant thing to say.

    1. This isn’t because he’s entitled.
He literally said “he doesn’t think”.
No amount of money in the world can buy a person a brain.

  7. Families are hurting more now ! What is he even talking about ?! I know more middle class families that are moving towards low income then ever before, he doesn’t even make sense.

  8. The fact: two minutes ago, he just learned the word “monetary policy” from one of his summer intern junior assistant who took Econ 102 last semester through online course.

  9. ” Raise taxes on the 1% “…. This is what he came up with?…. He is truly a 13 year old girl, and not a smart 13 year old girl.

  10. The most important aspect of a well running society is it’s economics, and you don’t want to think about it.
Let the banks run it all with impunity, what could go wrong ?
