The Supreme Court CAN NOT overrule an Impeachment unless it has been found to be UnConstitutional! While the Chief Justice rules over impeachment proceedings of presidents, they are restricted to following the Senate rules and procedures in the handling of the trial, and can’t overrule those rules and procedures.
      As I said, Impeachment is a purely political matter, one of the powers assigned solely to Congress.

      Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution has the clause…

      “The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”

      Article 1, Section 3 has the clause…

      “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present.”

      Note the word “sole”. Meaning SCOTUS cannot overturn. Impeachment is one of the checks and balance powers granted solely to Congress.

      And SCOTUS has ruled on the issue before, saying they can’t make rulings against any impeachment process as long as the Senate followed their rules.

      Can the supreme court override the Senate’s ruling in an impeachment case against the president?

      No, in the case of Nixon v.       County clerks in Republican districts across the country fraudulently purge voter rolls of legitimate Democrat voters prior to each election.       3. Use no-excuse absentee voting in states where it is available.

      “No excuse absentee voting” means you can request an absentee ballot from your state or county election official for any reason. The date was moved up so you can request one today. You can use COVID-19 as a reason.       Yes, my fellow Americans, I am also frustrated by the two-party system, and I understand the appeal of underdog third-party candidates. You must realize, however, that a vote for a third-party candidate is effectively a vote for Trump. Don’t believe me? Just look at the numbers. Two states, Florida and Wisconsin, tipped the Electoral College for Trump in 2016. Trump won Florida by 113,000 votes and Wisconsin by a mere 23,000 votes. The top two third-party candidates, Gary Johnson and Dr. Jill Stein, captured 271,000 combined votes in Florida and 137,000 combined votes in Wisconsin. According to exit polls, the overwhelming majority of these votes were from disenfranchised Liberal voters who refused to vote for Hillary Clinton. Joe Biden is not my preferred candidate (“Bernie/Warren 2020” was my dream ticket). Nevertheless, *we must be united in taking back our country* and make America thrive again.       Vice President Joe Biden’s son was booted from the Navy Reserve because he tested positive for drugs, it was revealed on Thursday.

      A U.S. official told NBC News that Hunter Biden was kicked out of the Reserve earlier this year after he failed a drug test.

      The official said Biden failed the test in 2013, but he was not kicked out until Feb. 14 of this year. Senior U.S. officials told NBC News that Biden, 44, tested positive for cocaine. The Wall Street Journal first reported the incident.

      According to one official, Biden’s dismissal from the Naval Reserves was not made public “because he was treated like any other sailor who fails a drug test and is thrown out of the Navy.” The official said the services do not routinely report such cases.

      Biden was commissioned in the Navy Reserves in 2012 as an Ensign and was pursuing a public affairs track. He had to get a waiver because of his age at the time of his commissioning.

      1) Trumps proven behaviour in calling whistleblowers TRAITORS and calling for retribution against them.
      2) Trumps own use of “Anonymous” sources, for example all those “some people”, “lots of people” claims he uses.
      3) The sources that made these claims are NOT anonymous to the reporter. He knows EXACTLY who they are.
      4) All those named sources, Whitehouse officials and all, have a proven history of LIES. Not going to name them but remember this. 22,000+ LIES and MISLEADING statements in just 4 years.
