    1. @Mike Mondano “no one is above the law, not even the president” is a common phrase taught in law school. The Constitution sets up our government as evidence and support of that phrase.

  1. The bottom line is there is going to be a senate trial.
He’s been impeach by one of the three equal branches.
One branch has said he deserved it, with the exception of one or two boot lickers.
Now we have to see if any Senate Republicans will honour their Oaths

    1. “honor” and “republican” in the same sentence? thanks for the laugh. I needed it.
the sad part is that I remember when it wasn’t a joke.

  2. We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately.

    Benjamin Franklin
Be careful what you wish for.

    1. Darth Vader LXXI “If that f**king b*stard wins, we will all hang by nooses.

      Hillary Clinton
      Foreshadowing of Durham’s investigation.

    1. There are things that are SERIOUSLY incriminating in Trump’s tax returns, judging by how fiercely he is fighting to keep them secret. When they get out, he is eff’ed.

    2. @LasVegasGames The Supreme Court will side with him and nothing will be done until he leaves office at which point most people won’t have an desire to see it done.

    3. @Christopher Weingart the supreme court hasn’t even decided if they are going to take up the case yet, and is why it’s been put off. But you’re right.. in that things will more than likely go in the favor of the clown pres. Hopefully not though. Hopefully the case will be thrown out. But I won’t hold my breath though.

    1. Still can’t prove that. All you have is hearsay. Even one of your “witnesses” says that the whole impeachment is a farce. But they hardly let him speak (big surprise). People are tired of this. It really will be Trump 2020 at this point.

  3. Mitch doesn’t want any witnesses. He doesn’t want any legislation to pass either. He just wants to hide in his shell.

    1. Just today he and Republican Senators said they wouldn’t pass the House Health Care bill because it has “price limits” to bring down medical costs. Gotta love when the republicans now openly admit they don’t want to bring health care costs down, they want their rich donors to earn more by price gouging sick Americans…

    2. @Some Person precisely and it’s all political on the Republicans part, they block legislation voted on by the democratically controlled house because, they lost control of the house but kept the Senate, they are politically motivated in doing so, then have the nerve to call the entire idea of impeachment politically motivated. The impeachment process is one set out in the Constitution, however simply blocking legislation because you hold the power to do so and are because you have lost power in the house is simply political and wrong, further if they vote against impeachment it shows even more simple political power abuse of Republicans. Anyone with common sense can see it plain as day Republicans are the ones who are politically motivated in thier actions.

    1. Dems obituaries wasted millions of taxpayers dollars to look like morons bye bye dem party 2020 trump and abolishment of dem or dum party America has spoken and will speak again in 2020

    1. @Morgan Sharp No, they did not. Most dislike Trump, even before he was president. He is easy to dislike for most.

    2. @Morgan Sharp no one loved Trump before he was president, until the end of the 2016 primaries he was actually one of the least liked candidates. Even Lindsay Graham and Moscow Mitch both made fun of him by calling him a danger to our country…

    3. @Morgan Sharp no everyone did not like Trump before he became president. And for those who did and don’t now.. it’s because they got a good glimpse into his true colors. He’s a piece of absolute dog sh*t of a person. And that’s putting it mildly. KthnksBye

  4. You’re on to something! I cannot for the life of me understand why he continues to tweet, rally and go on Fox News spewing foolishness and acting the fool! If you are as confident and really believe this is a hoax and a kangaroo court why keep feeding into it and constantly bring it up crying about it?!! It does not show confidence nor strength!! You’re not a fighter but a petty crybaby! Never let your opponents see you sweat!! I guess he’s that WEAK!!

  5. Oh, don’t tease me. When I read OBITUARY, I was so hopeful it was tRump’s and I so look forward to seeing tRump in his custom made coffin. Oh, and Barron, shove it up your fanny!

  6. Maybe it is just me…. but I would prefer to have a POTUS that doesn’t constantly try to break the law — even if he is too incompetent & disorganized to successfully break the law — I don’t want him to keep trying on a daily basis.

  7. Trumps place in history is already assured. He will be remembered as a liar, a hypocrite and the most corrupt president in US history.

We need to dump Trump in 2020 so he can be prosecuted.

  8. Republicans won’t impeach him. They would rather support someone they never wanted as their leader than agree with Democrats. What’s sad is this will set the standard for all the presidents to come.

    1. @Christopher Weingart is that why the percent of people wanting him removed from office went from the 20% range up to 50% in 4 months? The political pendulum will swing back again to democrats, it always does, and thankfully Trump is speeding it up by constantly changing his story on Ukraine.

    2. @Some Person Where did you see it at 20%? Since Pelosi announced Democrats intention to impeach it has gained nearly zero traction with the American people.

    3. @Christopher Weingart Fox actually. They were trying to show that no one wanted him impeached at the beginning of the proceedings. You gonna call your own source “fake news” snowflake?😘

    4. He WILL be impeached very soon in the house. The Repugnantcans in the senate probably will not vote him out of office in a separate matter, which is the trial.

    5. @Some Person First registered independent. Second no such poll can be found doing a Google search within the last 6 months. Can you provide a link?

    1. Patrick Kennedy Once again: Mueller actually proved NO collusion occurred. The IG’s report stated the Steele dossier was garbage. Only complete imbeciles continue to parrot the propaganda of “Russian asset”. Don’t be an imbecile…..
