He is guilty of manslaughter, many many times over!
People have gotten the death penalty for killing just 2 people.
It’s referred to as Negligent Homicide that can result in a Criminal Manslaughter Charge! ! He had a duty to warn and protect but deliberately FAILED to do so! If I sell someone a car knowing it has a leaking fuel line in the engine compartment, and I don’t before hand mention warning that although I’m selling the car as is, that it needs to first get the fuel line replaced BEFORE driving it. If I don’t, and the person gets in the car, starts it and it catches on fire and blows up killing the person, a Criminal Manslaughter Charge can result. Fundamentally, this is what Body Bag Donnie did.
He has the duty to WARN based on knowledge that he had, that he knew could cause serious illness or even death, and what did he do?? HE WITHHELD this information from ALL Americans doing absolutely nothing to prevent and protect people from what ended up happening, even referring to it proactive as a HOAX, then after that saying it would go away all on its own and its nothing to be concerned about because it’s “just like the flu, MOST people get over it quickly.”
Well, no, most people DIDN’T get over it quickly, in fact it has so far KILLED MORE AMERICANS THAN THE VIETNAM WAR, WW1, AND THE KOREAN WARS COMBINED in less than 6 months. He needs to be charged with Negligent Homicide of over 192,000 Americans that have been KILLED due to his CRIMINAL GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND DERELICTION OF DUTY RELATED TO HIS OATH OF OFFICE AS A U.S. PRESIDENT, AND THAT OATH IS WHAT HE SWORE BY WITH HIS HAND ON A BIBLE, the proceeded to totally and completely disregard it! Some ‘president” Huh? With “”presidents” like Donald Trump, no one needs another enemy of the State, we already have one sitting in the Oval Office who’s real good at deliberately KILLING PEOPLE!!!
He needs to be IMMEDIATELY removed from Office via The 25th Amendment, seeing that he represents a Clear & Present Danger to America and is the single greatest risk to National Security and the survival of every man, woman, and child in America.

Trump is going nowhere. If he loses, he will resign and have Pence pardon him sometime before January. But the pardon will only help against Federal crimes. He’ll still be up for indictment and jail time for state and local jurisdiction crimes.
