  1. Founding fathers rolling over in their graves like “what did we write this stuff for if it wasn’t for this lunatic?”

    1. @thiskidkatits dude… the “dirt” can be manufactured, or not even illegal at all for it to be effective, it just has to sound bad to be a thing of value. Especially since there is roughly 30-40% of people who will believe it full stop and only about 10% they need to convince that it is true until that special November Tuesday. For it to be a thing of value it needs to be useful, in the case of Ukraine even just announcing an investigation into the Bidens can be detrimental to Joe. The point I’m trying to get across here is it doesn’t have to be true or turn up anything, as long as it shifts political preference from Biden it has done its job.

    1. @Arnab RS William Barr said, when asked by Congress, that the president has never asked him to start an investigation…..
That’s exactly how much Trump cares about corruption. There is no case where Trump has asked for an investigation where that investigation is not political, and where the request isn’t hidden.

Edit: besides that, Barr answered so reluctantly because a president involving himself with *any* specific criminal investigation would be very inappropriate.

  2. Seem to Remember trump saying release taxes If elected president well????? Trumo has a lot of dirty laundry he is the worst thief lining own pockets

    1. Somewhat… he and many other anchors keep missing some key opportunities to nail these slippery people down. Makes me wanna shout at the tv a bit, it’s so obvious… granted I’m not under the tv pressure they are but it’s irksome to see these people getting off the hook so easy.

    2. @Vangelina Barrow I think it’s about even. It’s true that there have been missed opportunities but enough points are made to shoot holes into the interviewee’s arguments.

    1. Others have cautioned that what the White House published wasn’t even a full transcript of the entire conversation. There is a “warning at the bottom that it’s not ‘verbatim’ and that staff are assigned to listen and memorialize the convo in real-time.” 😳

    2. @Bryan Broome They refuse to except Quid Pro Quo as a crime because it does not serve their purposes but it flat out is what it is, shakes head* Do they believe we will eventually all see what they want us to see.? Like, It’s not a crime if the republicans do it? Laughs* Not gonna happen..At Best Trump has Dementia and the worst is, he is fully aware of his crimes. Either must be dealt with.

    3. @Dedalus69 Except for the explicit crime in plain black and white. You may not understand the law, but every paralegal, attorney and judge in this country does understand what Trump has done. This is why Trump’s legal team is stonewalling the subpoenas, because there is further proof of wrong doing. Only the uninformed and those willing to lie say there is nothing here.

    1. The privilege is available for any PAST crime but if the client tells attorney he is going to inflict physical harm on someone tomorrow, the attorney must warn the victim or report it to police if victim is unknown.
The same would be true if client says he is going to steal someone’s identity.
Attorney could not tell anyone if client said he is going to urinate in public tomorrow.

An attorney can get suspended or even disbarred for violating the privilege.

If there is a third person in the room involved in the conversation with client’s knowledge, the privilege disappears.

    2. You don’t even have to be convicted of a crime to lose your job in this constitutional republic if this body determines that your conduct as a public official is clearly out of bounds in your role. Impeachment is not about punishment. Impeachment is about cleansing the office. Impeachment is about restoring honor and integrity to the office. ~Linsey Graham

    1. @Daisy Elmir
      Hi Daisy!! 🌼🌼
I baked a Peach and Mint pie for you. 🍑☘️🥧 I’ll send it to you when the time is right!

    2. @Ro G
Ro…you know I AM SOOO looking forward to that my friend.
I’m holding you to that too!!
      🥧🌼🥧🌼🥧

    3. @Daisy Elmir Truth be told, if the day ever comes, I’ll be so drunk, I’ll have to hold on to the grass to keep from falling off the earth! 🥃🍺🍸
So give me like, 7 days to send that 🥧! 🌼

  3. Ari give it up you will never get a straight answer they all lie…appreciate your persistence though…..yes if they had nothing to hide why withhold ….

  4. They can stay in impeachment inquiry status for as long as needed.
You may not like the stink of it either because trump is knee deep in 💩 .

    1. @Dedalus69 Protecting the Constitution and the American People is their sworn duty, and comes well before a popularity contest.

If the people vote them out for having done their job, and decide instead to protect Trump for having abused his…then it all DESERVES to crumble, because it’ll be time for a new revolution, sadly. We will have become what we fought to emancipate ourselves from centuries ago.

  5. Sekulow visibly struggles at several points to avoid saying something that could come back to bite him. Not sure he succeeds.

40 of Nixons enablers went to jail…

    1. @Dan Stephensen Deflection…you must be one of those intelligent trump parrots right…the intelligent part was SARCASM…you can’t even stay on topic..I keep saying ignorant trump parrots…I should be say STUPID trump parrots as intelligence suggests you have a brain or a means of which to think for yourself..oby how’s that cheap affordable healthcare working out for you…ya keep drinking the koolaid STUPID!!!

  6. “Why stonewall the subpoenas or the evidence if it clears your client.”
And then Sekulow stonewalls the response.

    1. No one is stonewalling the subpoenas. A subpoena cannot be issued until the house votes on the articles of impeachment.

    2. @wily wascal This is why being educated and enlightened scares GOP so much. The more enlightened you are the more democratic you are _(not counting personality disorders),_ which is the exact opposite of the GOP narrative. That’s why free and good education for all is such a no go for GOP. Also, slobnoxious illustrates why ignorance isn’t the biggest enemy to knowledge, the illusion of knowledge is.

    1. And they always talk faster too. They all do it, mostly because they aren’t actually skilled at lying as much as tRump is so every time we see this, we know for sure they are lying and covering up. It also shows how stressed out these apologists are too. I am happy to see that because they deserve to suffer since they sold their soul when they decided to back the POS in the WH. That corner they are all backed into is getting really crowded. Maybe they will suffocate from lack of oxygen.

    2. Dedalouse69, blah blah blah Democrat, blah blah blah Hillary, blah blah but Bill Clinton, blah blah blah but joe Biden and his son got money blah blah blah, Ivanka is really the brains behind the president. Blah blah blah

  7. When the GOP breaks laws then they want to dismantle laws. But when it’s convenient they call themselves patriots and laws must be upheld.

    1. same with “christian values”, but no compassion or “financially responsible”, but adding sooooooooooooooo much debt every time they’re in power….

  8. spilled my covfefe laughing – with a lawyer like that he needs to be packing his bags quickly.. though it doesn’t matter what the republicans do.. after the dems impeach, the trump brand will be forever equated to impeachment and corruption.. talk about a brand killer

    1. @1247.cc amazing how demoncrats are living in some kind of ” la la land ” when 130 of them are being investigated currently. Trump 2020

    2. @1247.cc
Like all the others who vote against their own interests, you may one day be relieved to have some guard rails around your president.

  9. So the answer is probably, “Yes, Trump advocating for the unmasking of the whistleblower is a violation of Federal law.”

    1. @Dedalus69 Wow! You are either a Russian troll or really stupid or both. Maybe you need additional training if you want to look like an American citizen. There are 2 senators from each state. You do the math.

    2. @Dedalus69 …you stupid inbred uneducated hillbilly….there are only 100 senators- 2 from each state…it’s uneducated red state losers that are a dime a dozen

  10. Me: Is your client violating the law and the Constitution?
    Sekulow: The real question is…..
    Straight out of Putin’s playbook!!!

    1. DOJ will take a BIG dump on you and your Russia delusion, soon. OBAMA and UGLY wife better :LAWYER up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. “When did you learn that Rudy Guliani was asking these foreign governments to investigate Joe Biden.”
“You know, I-I-I Uhnn… I learned when… I guess when you did. Cuz I was not invol- That was not in my jurisdiction was focusing on the… as you know.”
GOD oh Jesus! get this man to testify under oath under penalty of perjury, do not allow him to stone wall, and as you as questioning an attorney, have Congressional attorneys present to ask questions.
That will answer many of your questions.
    MANY.

    1. So he is saying he thinks Guliani was asking these foreign governments to investigate Joe Biden too. So much for no Election campaign violations. He is on the record.
