Ironic when the raw materials for the masks are coming from BC. Here’s an idea how about everyone works together to help slow and stop this. Here’s another idea, Canada needs to start manufacturing more goods – totally out of control with other countries dangling goods like a carrot from a string.

Ironically Trudeau sent Canada’s supplies to China… and now Canada complains that they don’t have the supplies to respond to the epidemic.
China has also sent supplies to Canada. We are all in this together, not a time to start trade wars…

Well you probably should because like many viruses and diseases of the past, a Canadian will probably develop the “actual” vaccine. Imagine if they didn’t share? Sad sad hoarding mentality only hurts yourself…
Canadians are taking notes. In a difficult situation you get to see who is who. We get that it’s bad in the USA but that’s not very friendly. We’ll make our own masks you’ll see. We have some of the best engineers in the world.
It’s not about Canada it’s about 3M organization trying to sell masks to the higher bidder and Capitalize on this crisis. They will be exporting masks to Canada however it will be done by priority where they most needed. Regions such as New York, Spain and Italy are hit the most, it’s crucial to stop the virus there ASAP. So more likely more masks will be exported to those regions.
Maybe if Trudeau did not have send it’s supplies to China … they would not have to be begging for masks right now?
Gens Sdeo we secured new masks already. They will be accompagniez by the military during transportation to make sure no one tried to reroute them.

As all developed countries should, a shame this COVID-19 virus is even the reason you have not produced your own! I pray we all learn from this because we certainly have not, from every other virus that has taken so many lives, to always be prepared because history has shown reason! P.S. Trust works both way’s,

Why can’t we just all realize we’re all humans all fighting for the same thing? It’s a sad day when we can’t trade essential resources freely to each other in a time of crisis like this.

IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE WHEN USA IS FACING SURGE IN VIRUSES & DEATHS IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY, THE USA COMPANY NOW UNDER “PRODUCTION ACT” (WAR FOOTING ACT), THUS HAVE TO FOLLOW THE USA LAWS. RECENTLY USA ALLOWED A CRUISE SHIP TO DOCK IN FLORIDA AND HELPED LOTS OF CANADIANS TO GET BACK HOME. IN CANADA, POTENTIALLY MAJOR EMPLOYERS ARE USA COMPANIES; WHO POTENTIALLY EMPLOYS / CREATED MILLIONS OF JOBS FOR 70+/- % OF CANADIAN POPULATIONS (who in turn pays TAXES for the governments inside Canada).
But they are still using medical staff from Canada when we need them for our cases as well.

When all production and manufacturing outsourced to China you are doomed. Essentials have to be produced at home and medical stockpile should be on the control of the government. You can make similar claim and accusations towards Hospitals, why didn’t they think about Pandemic. Why don’t they have emergency stockpile in every State. The notion like somehow Obama would handle this unknown virus better is the bunch of Baloney. The WHO organization. didn’t even declare Pandemic until March 11.
