Ari E We have the same experience in Sweden. Very little of the spread originates from our open primary and secondary schools. We have closed the high schools and the universities though.
@Ari E the children here in the US bring home what they catch at school. Many of us have our grandparents watch our children during those times school is not in session also after school. The children feel fine. But they bring home viruses from school and get the rest of us sick. We have a hard time because many parents send their children to school sick because they have to go to work. My 5 year old never got sick until he attended kindergarten. Children go to school withvrunny noses. Teachers can’t and don’t wipe all that all day for every child. The sick children pass it to everyone else…

Yeah, my wife and I have already decided that we’re homeschooling in the fall. I’m not putting my kids at risk, betting their lives because the moron-in-chief says it has to happen. To Trump: Go to church services every Sunday and then tell me it’s safe. Just because you don’t care about your kids doesn’t mean that I don’t care about mine.
You are blessed to have been given children to watch over and protect. You must study and learn to find what is best for them. That is what responsible adults do.
