Biden is not in favor of ‘defunding the police’ (& even if he were, defunding the police is more about taking the cases that cops don’t have the training or equipment for (like wellness checks & dealing with the homeless) & dispersing them among more appropriate agencies like social services, including transferring funding for that from the police budget to the social services budget). Biden also does not support ‘open borders’ (nor did Bernie Sanders if you ever actually looked at his platform.
