For good reason there are historical cases of fraud.

I had good reason to ask, and you should have tried to find the answer. Because the answer is 143. Total. That’s all elections for the past 39 years, and this is according to the Heritage Foundation, which is an American Conservative think tank.

Let’s see if we can find a larger number for you. How many ballots of any kind (not just mail in) have been legally proven to be fraudulent? I’ll answer this one for you, too. According to official White House documents, it’s 1,071. Total. That’s over a 20 year period.
