Obama showed you idiots how to handle an outbreak, if you ban flights, the infected person hops a flight or a ride (spreading the disease on the way) to another city, and fly in from there, now he’s here without knowledge, spreading it around.
If you allow the people to come in on flights from the affected region, you can catch them at the airport, and quarantine them accordingly.
