Name an institution that has racism. Most career government workers support democrats. Universities are usually leftist communist sanctuaries. The Federation Teachers Union is leftist, I was a teacher I know what they preach. Hollywood is left and controlled by the left. The media is 90% left, socialist and/or communist. All of those institutions have racism?

Nothing quite so amusing at listening to wealthy white men tell other people what racism is and isn’t and where it exists and doesn’t.
You are and have always been in the driver’s seat. You don’t get to tell those standing outside the car what is & isn’t in your blind spot – especially when you aren’t even bothering to shoulder check. You just drive around thinking you’ve got it under control and don’t bother with the carnage you leave in your wake and the damage you’re causing.
The gauge of whites regarding race relations has NEVER been accurate. At the height of Jim Crow, as you could literally walk past “Whites Only” signs, over 80% of whites felt there were no issues and that blacks had equal access to opportunities. What does this tell us? When it was BLATANT and written into law you STILL thought there was no problem. You really think now that it is less obvious but very much systemic that we are going to trust your gauge? You didn’t even see it when it was obvious because you didn’t want to see it. You still don’t want to see it for the same reasons. Hence, those who choose willful ignorance are not the ones who get to lecture on what they choose to ignore.
