    1. to be fair, it’s their job. It’s how the legal system works. They’re paid to represent him, and they did their best. You’ll appreciate that this is a good system if you are ever falsely accused of a crime.

  1. He spends all of his time making a fool out himself. So if he was taken away for 3 hours one day it might look better for him – like he’s actually doing something meaningful and productive.

    1. he is actually making fools out of Americans for letting him still hold that office when he actually should have been in jail about 3 years ago.

    2. @Se Ou And if he was actually handling the pandemic, he might have a good case to make. But he doesn’t give a an iota of care about anything but himself…and tweeting all day long trying to get revenge on some invisible hurt he has never gotten over..must have been the bullying he endured due to his learning disabilities or lack of love. Only one of his kids, so far, has the sense to stay really far away from this insane person. She is the smartest, and probably happiest, one thus far. Can you imagine having to listen to this blaggart at the family dinner table. Oh, he eats in his bedroom out of a red and white bucket? Oh, forget that line of thinking.

  2. Problem with argument is this, THOSE SUBPOENAS WERE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC AND FROM WHEN HE WAS GOLFING.

    1. Jay Are you serious when you say Trumpf is v v busy He has spent 130 million dollars of
taxpayer’s money playing golf Thattime could have been spent on giving the evidence required

C’mon Jake, you can fool some people all the time, but you cannot fool ALL the people ALL the time

    1. Phatt Al : What’s next? Immunity from ELECTIONS? We have a Dictatorship, America. I told you so!

    2. Saw that clip of his where he actaully picked the ball and dropped into the hole.
Was funny, because is only cheating himself. The he lobs into the rough and his caddy picks up the other goifers ball and claimed as the presedent’s. It so tragic he needs to cheat so badly cos his handicap is a shocker anyway. Bet the caddy gets payed well if not then he could write a best seller as the amount of times he cheated and how.
tRump, should pay him more. Just to keeo him quiet.

    3. I didn’t understand why the Supreme Court would take this case, but I think they are going to lay out the guide lines for politically motivated cases which is good for future nuisance cases. I would suspect most nuisance cases would be filed by Republican activist against a Democratic President so having guide lines for such cases would be of benefit. This is a new time of hyper partisan, tribal politics and this case going to the Supreme Court in the end makes sense and potential partisan courts attacking a President because they can is possible. It is good this legal clarification of nuisance was done for a Republican President with a Republican Supreme Court.

  3. I want one of those Blue M.A.S.A. hats Biden is passing out.
    “Make America Sane Again”.

    1. @John Doogan likes of me lol. Oh Johnny boy. I’m an American citizen and the wall is to stop illegal immigration, you know breaking the law and bypassing the ones following the process by the law, not hard to understand. Just happens to be that a lot of illegal immigrants are coming from Mexico and happens to be Hispanics. Nothing racist about that my friend.

    2. @Abraham Rodriguez you are no more an American citizen than i am. The only true American Citizens are the native Indians and look at what our ancestors did to them.

    3. @John Doogan That is true, we are both American citizens. This land was not named before we got here so they weren’t American citizens. I agree that it was the Native Indians land there is no debate about that and it was horrible, just like slavery in this country, Africa, Egypt and all over the world. That was the past, you can’t forget but you learn and life moves fwd and we progress to make things better. You can’t live in the past regarding what other individuals did and play a victim for the rest of your life. It’s like anything else in your life. If not you are stuck in a mind frame when is was rampant in today’s time which is way different. We are far from those times and made much progress that’s why racism is nowhere near to what it was. Does it still exists? Yeah it does and will always be there because it’s a mentally. You are never going to have a perfect country but you can progress.

    4. @Abraham Rodriguez I am confused as to how “ignorance” is racist. Everyone is ignorant about something. Even Albert Einstein was ignorant about being able to tie shoes & comb hair, abilities we take for granted. But grammar & run-on sentences that appear, at best, to be more or less a “word salad” is a common ignorance of many people who are not proficient in at least 1 language, much less 2 or 3 that are not their own native languages. Never mind those who have butchered their native language to a level that few can extract the meaning of the message they’re attempting to convey. Many in Trump’s camp are excellent examples of what an ignorance, or lack of a grasp of, what is supposed to be their native language results in – poorly communicated information & an inability to extract facts or the truth and therefore allowing their thoughts to run amok with badly communicated information. So let’s “Get America’s Ignorance Annihilated” or “Get America Intelligent Now” GAIA. Namaste, peace, shalom, paz, nvwhtohiyada idehesd, & salam to all…

    5. @Abraham Rodriguez I have to grant you your dues , that is a well, thought through constructive response to my statement but what I can’t understand is how you can support a man like Donald Trump as president of America knowing what a horrible person he is. He lies, he cheats, he lacks empathy, he is overly concerned about himself, he is a racist and he is willing to sacrifice anyone to protect himself. He is doing a lot of harm to America and to the world as a whole.

  4. But producing documents would severely cut into his cable and Twitter time… err.. “executive time”

    1. @Kathleen Flacy Right on Kathleen! Maybe the Trump baby balloon should fly over the WH to remind everyone when he’s taking a snooze.

  5. I know, I know, Trump is a genius who does not want anyone to see his school grades and he is so fabulously wealthy but does not want anyone to see his financial records. Trump is not above the law, they certainly did not hesitate to investigate and embroil President Clinton in an impeachment hearing. Trump is a lazy person who can always find time to watch TV and tweet so why can’t he get someone to provide the requested financial reports and deliver them to congress. I mean we would all like to see how a genius runs his business and how incredibly wealthy he is. I do know if Trump was not born into a very wealthy family, he would probably be a used car salesman (no offence meant to used car salesmen, just a figure of speech).

    1. It’s not down to trump it’s down to the IRS for the taxes and the accounting agency for his financial info.
The IRS cannot really go against the SCOTUS – if they do then the US is screwed.
Mazars said that they were quite willing to turn over trump’s financials over a year ago – until, that is, trump’s lawyers got involved. Which is where we are now.
All the required information is in the hands of other organisations not in a filing cabinet in trump’s office. He is relying on SCOTUS and I don’t think they will rule in trumps favour. The IRS must comply with the 1924 Federal law that states that the Treasury “shall furnish” tax returns to Congress upon request.
      Interesting times! 😕

  6. _”…I know you’re handling a pandemic right now for the United States…”_
Umm, if he were to spare 2 hrs (which is fewer than a round of golf) it might end up saving lives.

    1. there’s a meme out there with a list of how many times he golfed between hearing about Covid-19 and its dangers and the first 500 US deaths. It’s pretty scary.

  7. No president should act the way he does. Basically he only wanted the job was for an ego trip. He doesn’t want to lead in a worldwide pandemic. It’s such a nuisance

    1. I agree Tracy.I would cancel his twitter account if I were twitter.their a public company and they can do what they want whether it’s the president or any other annoying person tweeting. The only reason he’s on twitter is because he can’t speak like he has sense in person and no one can see or comment to his face on whatever he says in twitter.Sad

    2. @Jace Maroska its hard to when he has a history of instigating threats with dictators over twitter, then reading those same dictators describe how they’ll nuke us “into ashes” ….it’s terrifying

  8. “Handling the pandemic right now.” Hahaha! He ain’t handling sh*t! All he does is lie, scheme and avoid any and all accountability.

And yes, if he stops tweeting, golfing and holding bullsh*t press conferences, he’d have all the time in the world.

  9. 🤔…tweet’n ?… if I said he’s aCting like a ten year old with his phone ? ..🤭..would that insult ten year olds🤭🤔🤣😷?

    1. Yes they would be insulted.I I know ten year old children who make more sense than trump

  10. I wounder if there will be a Darwin Awards for “Electing a president who first ignores a pandemic and then advice’s you to drink bleach”

    1. @Sapper 14 You can’t PROVE that petulant and frankly butt-sore claim, but we DO know that only a Republican would be stupid enough to have SUGGESTED it …and THAT HAS BEEN PROVED ! … DUMP-TRUMP 2020 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. I was really hoping they would bring up his tweets when the lawyer said trump is too busy to deal with legal cases.

    1. Crystal Giddens not sure what the point of that long speech is you took more time writing that then p. trump did actually doing the job we pay him for yesterday

    2. @dwood82574 If you’re right, then apparently Trump does understand where his tweets belong.

  12. Trump’s “busy” “handling” the pandemic? Takes a lot of time to come up with those light and disinfectant gems, huh?

    1. It’s vitamin D comes from the sun that’s free, have you ever heard of B12 shots? Vitamin C vitamin d injections that’s what Trump was saying! You have been conditioned to go T.D.S. With the name Trump!

    2. @steve fredrickson lol, No. That’s definitely not what Trump said.
Trump: “And then I said: Supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way,”
Also Trump: “The disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute, and is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside, or almost a cleaning. It gets in the lungs”

If you want to worship the orange moron, that’s on you. But don’t pretend he didn’t say the things he said. It was on TV. Stop being stupid.

    3. @steve fredrickson You’re the one with TDS, you think you’re Trump’s spokes person. Anyone can search ‘Trump disinfectant’ to see and hear for themselves. Most people don’t need Trump or Fox News to make their minds up for them.

  13. “Your honor, my client has committed so many crimes that providing evidence for all of them would be just too burdensome.”

    1. Ha ha. “Your honor, under the doctrine of superfluity, if we had to explain ALL the defendant’s alleged crimes, the jury would fall asleep in their seats.”

    2. @thegreatecb close that shithole you have in the place where was suposed to have one head, close it and return for your Shithole moscow boy…

  14. This American “President” spends much more time on Twitter and watching television than I do.
