One variable remain constant and that is the players. And that as always been a major part of the problem. SOME not all of them lack these three thing: Intelligence, patience, and fight. And this is reflective in their game. And some like Andrew Russell just use west indies to build his own person brand so him can go make money privately. But what his intelligence fail to tell him is that if west indies is not winning and remain at the bottom these private leagues will not look at west indies for players and if they do draft a few players they will drop them as soon as they have a slight bad form cause they do not have a strong team backing their performances
