According to police, the suspected shooter began firing in the Safeway parking lot before entering the grocery store with an AR-15 style rifle.

Police responded to multiple 911 calls at the Forum Shopping Center in the central Oregon city at about 7:04 p.m. The person believed to be the shooter was found dead inside the Safeway store, Bend Police said in a statement.
Bend is a city of about 97,000 approximately 160 miles southeast of Portland, Oregon.

I am very disappointed in Oregonians today. I find it hard to believe that not a single person in that store was conceal carrying and willing to neutralize the shooter. Unbelievable. This is what their poor decision led to. I bet those same Oregonians vote democrat too. Bad decisions are usually linked together.
