Two Lethbridge cops have been demoted for spying on Alberta’s former environment minster

Alberta’s justice minister has ordered a review after two Lethbridge police officers were disciplined and demoted for their illegal surveillance of former environment minister Shannon Phillips.

    1. UNAUTHORIZED SURVEILLANCE. They had no authority to follow her. They were pretty much stalking that woman.

  2. Demoted? They should be immediately fired at least. The ‘independent’ review is just police from another jurisdiction, no guesses what that will turn up.
