TX Dem. Rep. On ‘Frightening’ Texas Abortion Ban

Gov. Abbott defended the GOP no-exceptions abortion ban by claiming he’ll “eliminate rape” in Texas. Rep. Lizzie Fletcher tells Lawrence O’Donnell that she would love to see Republicans focus on violence against women, but says his comments reflect Gov. Abbott’s “magical thinking … that really is untethered to the reality of what he is doing.”

    1. @keyword xo It will never happen – these good ole boys are losing their grip – and you can smell the desperation

    2. @Stephanie Ohlhaver You do realize that woman also have to CONSENT before the man knows whether or not to “keep his junk in his pants”, right?? It takes two to tango. More accountability for women, please.

    3. @Marshall Hood Yes, and they’re the lowest of the low. But those are 2% of the total of r4pe abortion cases too. Nowhere near as much as some would like you to believe.

    1. Really y’all know who he is?, I even thought I’m the only one he has helped walk through the fears and falls of trading

    2. In days to come, some people will definitely be kicking themselves in regrets for missing the opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency.

  1. Please, in reporting on this “6 week” ban, explain that medical custom is to define pregnancy start date as the date of the last period, which is not only counter-intuitive, but also biologically nearly impossible. What this means for a woman however is that the day she misses her period, she is already considered 4 weeks pregnant. Therefore the bill bans abortion “2 weeks after a missed period.” Please describe this bill as banning abortion approximately two weeks after a woman misses her period!

    1. Lmao! If ur period is off by 2 weeks, SOMETHING IS GOING ON! Therefore 6 weeks…. just to make sure😇👍

    2. @Staticelectricity145 I try not to make assumptions… but I’m gonna go out on a limb, and assume you’re not a woman.

  2. She The mother is sharing her heart until he or she can grow one because he is alive. What u perceive in pictures inside ur stomach is real and exists. Unborn yet not dead. Don’t save your career “perfect life”! Save your Soul! Some don’t care where it is going!

    1. Biden makes one mistake and owns it and you leaches jump all over it? Chump stuffed up America and mishandled every he touched and he is you boyfriend??

    2. @bowtie3 Biden just handed Russia the gas pipeline.Hunter Biden took money from Russia. Who’s really in Russia’s pocket?

  3. Lady, either you’re for or against killing a fetas or not. Be careful of your choice. God is watching all of us. Hope you’re defeated next time.

  4. Texas already has a Safe Haven provision. Give every new mother in Texas $10,000 for carrying to term. Problem solved.

  5. Men and Women of the decline: I want to have as little self control as possible. I want no one telling me what I can and can’t do. I want to practice unhealthy habits and then make them normal to compensate for my overall lack of self control. Anyone that points out my behavior should be shamed into silence because debauchery is the new wave. My body not just my baby…my egg but not my sperm… my body my choice to open my legs…my choice to get pregnant…my choice to end would be children at my convenience. My body my choice to do it all over again and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that thinking because it’s all about me Me ME MEEEE!! the poor victim woman. I mean no one can dislike on generation Z if these are the type of people they come from 🤷‍♂️. In fact this explains alot about their behavior. One law just revealed ALOT about this country and its people.

  6. In 1982 the Supreme Court ruled on a case “Larkin V Grendel Den’s case that on an 8-2 vote voted it was unconstitutional for any government to hand over government authority or control to private entities (in the Texas law, civilians) but if this challenge fails to be taken up again by the rightwing Christian SC…
Mexico decriminalized abortion’s today. I see business opportunities at the Texas/Mexico border side. Opening abortion-hotel clinics. Texas laws don’t apply in Mexico and there’s no way to prove an abortion was performed because it would require subpoenaing medical records which you can’t do with a foreign country if the country refuses.
So like Ted and Heidi Cruz left for Cancun in the middle of a catastrophic winter storm, what’s to stop Tom and Debbie from taking a Mexican “vacation”

  7. This conclusion entails committing the genetic fallacy. The truth of the abolitionist position depends on the integrity and accuracy of its argumentation, not on who is expressing the position. If your position commits a logical fallacy, you should abandon the position.

  8. Their vigilante hot line is shut down at this time. Their providers have dumped them for breaking rules. Then there is the overwhelming troll calls.
This isn’t as simple as abbutt thought. Great job providers & trollers.

  9. LUKE 8:17
For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.

  10. John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
