@Robin But he can’t be pardoned by any President for state crimes and Letia James the Attorney General of NY has stated her number one goal is to indict prosecute and imprison the entire Trump crime family. I hope she succeeds. Also a pardon from one president can be rescinded by another President Andrew Johnson’s pardons were rescinded by President Ulysses S Grant. So if Trump resigns on 1/19/21 so Pence can pardon him before Biden becomes President, Biden could turn right around and rescind that pardon. He could so the same for all Trump’s pardoned co conspirators….
