I don’t know I how I feel about this. On one hand, I’m glad to see they’re acknowledging these things as… I just say “reasons”. And on the other?
It’s not all that comforting when it’s the US Government that says “Hey, it actually wasn’t us all along.” We trusted you not to be trustworthy.
To the possible extraterrestrial beings that operate the UFOs, just know us humans might have small brains but we’re really not all the same. Some of us really do value life and wisdom.
