For those of you confused. He’s claiming that China is exporting steel through Canada, most likely Vancouver, and paying the Canadian government whatever tariff there is between China and Canada. Then they’re driving the steel down south to America and then forging documents to make it look like it’s Canadian steel going to America where Canadians will pay the Americans a smaller tariff because of Trump’s idiotic war with China and increasing tariffs on Chinese goods.
So China saves money by paying tariffs to Canada and then pretending to be Canadian to pay the Canadian tariff to America to get their steel into the country
